Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a problem with my car radio. Finally, they suggested I should go back to Ganley Buick for a repair. Service Dept took approximately 15 minutes to resolve problem! I'm embarrassed to admit the problem was of my making. I accidentally hit the mute on the radio - something I didn't know existed. I know now but service was very kind about not pointing this out to me. So Thank You to everyone in Service for kindness and promptness.

Fri Apr 14 2023 Took my Enclave in for oil change The incompetent mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter and oil was all over my frame. This is because I drove the express home and my engine could have been damaged. And we all know Ballas wouldn't except responsibility. They said they check all fluids, well my transmission fluid was also a quart low. xxxx Ballas forever. I will go back to Lincolns

Don't take your vehicle here for service. They will cancel your appointments, not return your calls, and if you do manage to get your vehicle in for service there is zero communication unless you take more time out of your day to go back into the service area where they can magically provide everything you had been calling for, only to not complete the repairs for something that should only take a day and a half. I've been waiting two weeks and getting anyone to talk on the phone is impossible. They might text you back, but it won't be anything useful. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.​

Over the past years, Billi has always been there, calmly, professionally, and knowledgeably working out ANY problem we had with any of the 4 cars we have serviced there. If I needed to get in for service, she'd find a way. She knew the history of all of our cars and her mechanical knowledge was always helpful in knowing how to deal with the many challenges I presented her. Billi will be missed!

Such a wonderful place for buying and service!! I stopped in Saturday for an oil change and they had a cookie trailer for customer appreciation day...i don't know how often they do that but it was great timing and so nice
