Here’s the thing, I used the instand messenger from their web site and even texted them the stock numbers and they responded both were on the lot. Major time waisted, very poor sales tactic and team work.

I had 2 recalls on my used Chevy Malibu I took it in to get the recalls done. We live over an hour away. They completed the recalls called to say car was finished. I get there to pick up the car and stopped to get gas and got stranded in the cold. When I stopped the car it would not shift into park I shut the engine off to try to see what was wrong but the car would not shift on the dash the shift lever was moving but not on the indicator on the dash.
I called the dealership the manager said they would have to send a tow truck to get me. I had to wait for over 45 minutes in the cold stranded until the toe service showed up. The manager called and told me they was closing to fill our a drop box envelope to put my keys in and they would have to look at it in the morning. The safety feature would not allow the engine to start because it was showing the car wasn't in park..
My family had to tun around and come back and get me and we had to make another trip for an hour one way. I asked the manager don't the technican guys make sure the car is operational before you call to say it is fixed.
Manager stated well he did put it into gear to pull it outside. Manager advised after looking at the car the clip from the shifter came undone. One of the recalls was on the shift cable. The manager apologized but no compensation for all the hassle. No loaner car no solution for any of it just sorry we messed up, we will call you when it's done for you to come back.

Went in for front damage covered by insurance. When I picked up the vehicle it had no power to the right passenger head lamp, missing the antenna shark fin from the top and had a crack in the windshield. We took it back and they agreed to fix it. Picked it up today and the windshield is still cracked which they stated they couldn’t fix because it wasn’t covered by my insurer. WHY THE xxxx WOULD MY INSURER COVER IT WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT? I have proof the windshield was not cracked prior to dropping off the vehicle and I will be doing anything I can to hold you all responsible for it. I would NOT recommend getting your car fixed here even if your car insurance recommends it.

Service department is horrible. They never answer the phone right away and it takes several call to someone in the service department. You have to call in to get an update on your vehicle. Service manager would rather be outside smoking than running his department. Dennis, the general manager will not return phone calls, probably because he is tired of hearing bad the place is. Service drive is cluttered. who hired the people running these departments?

John in Service always takes great care of me and has quick turnaround on my oil changes/tire rotations, the gentleman who does bodyshop estimates was so kind and was able to rub out what I thought were big paint chips that turned out to just be concrete spots, and Curtis in the parts department helped me get the app working so I could use points for me to score a cargo fold-flat compartment so groceries aren't rolling around in the back. Everyone at the dealership that had a hand in my visit made it such a smooth transaction and this is just one of the many great experiences I have here. Interacting with this crew, you can tell they have big hearts. Love this whole crew! ♡

I dropped off my car because of a engine light on. I requested the car be hooked up to the computer for a code reading. They replaced parts that they reported to me were bad. I was disappointed that my battery was replaced during this first visit prior to my approval. I had to return the car because the light came on again. They proceeded to tell me that there was another bad part. I said not to replace it believing it did not need replaced. I feel that it was a guessing game at my expense. I am hesitant to use your service again.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

Scheduled the appointment and stopped in same day to show them the door handle so they could make sure the part was available the following day for my appointment. Eric reviewed vehicle quickly for part assessment. Arrived a few minutes early today and they changed the oil and fixed the door handle in less time than quoted and less dollars than estimated. Eric was professional, Rhonda was kind and helpful during checkout and suggested I get a coffee from my favorite coffee machine if I was cold from the wind. Happy to be on my way! Oh, and I can't forget...they shuttled me to and from as well so I didn't have to wait while the vehicle was being fixed.
