Fantastic experience. Everyone appeared to be busy, juggling multiple tasks at one time, however you’d never know it based on the efficient & personalized attention we received. Everyone went above and beyond starting with Keith in sales, Shana in service and Jeanette in finance. I can’t say enough good things to show our appreciation for the top notch service. This is the only dealership I intend to work with moving forward.

Our vehicle was subject to a recall, but showed no signs of the issue - until of course we were 6 hours and almost 400 miles from home! The closest dealership happened to be Great Lakes Hyundai, and the OH road commission tow truck took us there. We dropped in on them, with a dead vehicle, completely unannounced, and they were kind and gracious from the start. Ryan (the service advisor) had a rental for us within minutes of arriving, got all of our information, and started working the issue immediately. The service team was ultra-accommodating as we unpacked our vehicle and re-packed the rental so we could continue home with our two young kids. The service team was in touch with us through the whole ordeal, patiently and kindly answered all our questions, and coordinated everything for the repair and return of our vehicle. A few days after our car was returned to us, I had a follow up question, and called to speak with Ryan, who again professionally, kindly, and quickly answered my question. If we lived in the area, we would not hesitate to continue to do business with GL Hyundai and the team!

From the moment I brought my 2007 Hyundai Sonata to Dennis Hyundai of Dublin for a Service Check to see why my Transmission (after almost 178,000 miles) was making Fluttering Noises until I left Saturday afternoon with a 2014 Sonata Limited, I was given Excellent Service. Andrew Childs, in their Service Department, was very courteous and gave prompt attention when I brought my vehicle in Tuesday afternoon. He reviewed their Multi-Check Service Analysis to let me know what I would have in repairs in order to bring my Sonata "Back To Life." I applied for CarCareOne and was accepted in case I would have the repairs completed. Drew also gave me the phone number of Adam Bryant in Charge of the Sales Department in case I wanted to explore a New or Used Vehicle option. Adam immediately had Jim Linsey, one of their Sales Professionals, contact me via e-mail. Jim Linsey is the kind of person that one feels immediately comfortable with. We traded e-mails and phone conversations before we had our "Face to Face" Thursday afternoon. From the time we met until the finalization of a Used Car, Jim gave timely and very knowledgeable feedback to all my Concerns and Questions. This carried through to taking time to walk me through All the Controls and Features in my "New Car." His Level of Salesmanship was Outstanding! Thank you Jim!! Respectfully Submitted, Dan Beale

I have been to this dealer 3 times for service, but have yet to buy a vehicle there, so my comments will not include the sales department. I took my 2020 Sedona in for the security recall and they did a nice job, but I am disappointed by the crooked notice stickers they placed in my windows. The staff is mostly friendly, courteous and professional. Wiat times vary. When I went in for the recall, they kept me there an hour longer than expected. When I went in for an oil change, they finished an hour sooner than promised, which was approximately 1.5 hours after we arrived. About the customer waiting area. For a relatively new facility like this, the waiting area was pretty darned filthy. Nobody ever seems to properly clean the chairs and tables. They have free coffee and tea, but there is a vending machine for chips and other snacks. Considering the profits this kind of business brings in, I would think such trivial items could be offered for free as well. Other KIa dealers do indeed provide free snacks. Oh yes, the vending machine was partly out of service, as it would take coins, but not recognize their deposit, so only bills accepted. They should remove it entirely.

Excellent easy and pleasant. Would describe my greenwoods chevrolet experience. Salesman Joe Kovacich was told my information and where I needed to be at for approval and to feel comfortable about my deal. And did he ever deliver !!! I would suggest going to Joe for anyone's future purchases for he made the deal as I said up top easy and pleasant.

There are other Honda service centers closer to my home, but none with the exceptional service provided by Hugh White Honda. Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !

Although I appreciated the quality of service from the technicians at Interstate Ford, I found the wait for parts, answers, and Allstate Insurance approvals frustrating. I would have appreciated more proactive follow-up from the tech leads regarding Allstate. However, I am happy with the overall repair of my car and it is running smoothly. The only minor issue is that the seats no longer heat up as much as they did before. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed. But overall, I'm impressed with the team's work on my car.

I have purchased one new Cadillac from this dealership. I wasn't pressured and they found the Cadillac I wanted from another dealer. It was one of the best car buying experience I had. Recently I needed service on a Cadillac I had bought over the internet. They were very friendly, done excellent work and gave me a loaner car. I drive around 95 miles, one way, for their excellent service My service advisor was Hunter Alsip. He is a great asset to the company.
