Unprofessional and Inconvenient - BuyersRemorse

I bought a van from Blue Line back in March. It took them nearly two months to get my title to me. They still haven't cancelled the tax lien against the title even though I am paid in full. Such a pain and very unprofessional.

Very professional. - jokersbats420

Very professional. Contacted me back right away. A Little pricey but hey such is the market right now. Over all 5 out of 5

Review for Just Like New Collision This has been one - SamanthaK

Review for Just Like New Collision This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a body shop. I brought my car to Just Like New Collision after hitting a deer. The paint is already peeling, and the replacement bumper is a cheap aftermarket part that doesn’t even fit properly. When I called to address the issue, I was told a new bumper had been ordered and it would just take some time to arrive. I waited patiently for two months before calling again, only to find out the body shop had been sold—and no one ever bothered to contact me. The new owner had zero record of the bumper order or even my vehicle information. I then contacted the sister dealership for help and left several voicemails with their Director of Operations. He returned only one call, and since then, I’ve been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I was promised a resolution and instead got radio silence. If this is how they stand behind their work, I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this family of dealerships.

Grant and Dan are great people to deal with and made... - Kcrissman

Grant and Dan are great people to deal with and made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience compared to other dealerships in our area. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future! The young man that details the cars at The dealership also deserves a big hand for making sure the vehicle was clean when we picked it up! He even took pictures of the truck we purchased to show me how nice it looked in the sunlight cleaned up! All and all the experience we had at Reels was a great one. Thank you Grant and Dan!

Looking for my next car... - Heather Garrett

My husband and I are in the market for a new/used car. Spoke with Jim Svelund to find that next car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and did not rush us into buying something right away. Jim also listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Showed me vehicles that met those wants and needs. I will definitely recommend Jim Svelund to my family and friends searching for their next car.

We drove 2hrs and 45 minutes and when we got there they had everything ready for to test drive it. We bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and we are very pleased with this purchase. Our sales man was great and the owner was great as well. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend buying from them. I also believe in helping out the smaller business.

My husband and I went to Mullinex Ford to purchase a new... - banklady

My husband and I went to Mullinex Ford to purchase a new Ford Edge Limited. We have been researching these vehicles for quite some time, and knew what kind of options we wanted on our vehicle. We did a test drive on a vehicle and were to talk a deal. We were trading in a Monte Carlo and asked for the cost of the vehicle with our trade in. The woman taking care of us got very snippy and told us she didn't have any idea, that she wasn't a sales person. (Then why was she taking care of us??) We asked to speak to someone who would give us a price. Her head sales manager (sorry don't know his name) came out. When we tried to talk a deal, we were going to pay cash, he became very loud and told us that no way was he interested in talking a deal anywhere near the price we wanted to pay. We showed him, on line, the very same vehicle at another dealer for a lower price. When we expressed our feelings of already having been there for an hour and a half, he told us "you have been waiting a year, what is the big deal about another hour and a half." My husband and I got up to leave and as we crossed the huge lobby he yelled, "Good bye Mr. Crabby." This is suppose to be professional conduct from a manager and sales person? Certainly not someone that I will ever do business with. Buyer beware if you are going to Mullinex Ford in Wickliffe.
