Ric placed the order immediately, getting me near the front of the line in the USA. Emily was kind, knowledgeable, and professional keeping me informed on the car's progress from the factory in Europe to delivery to the dealership. This is my third purchase from The BMW Store since 2004. My buying experience was outstanding in every respect from ordering to trade-in to delivery on the first day allowed by BMWUSA.
