This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new car and my first BMW. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional. I never felt pressured and he did a great job showcasing the car during the test drive. Once I showed interest in buying he came back quickly with what I thought was a very fair offer from the start for the BMW and my trade in. After the deal was agreed upon while the documents were being prepared Susan showed me how to use the features of the car, get my phone set up to work with it and how to use the different settings. She was very good at answering my questions, getting things set up the way I wanted them, and getting me ready to drive home with my new car. The finance process was fairly quick and well prepared. Eric was friendly and walked me through the documents making sure I understood everything. Overall it was a great buying experience and from the time I took the test drive to the time I drove my BMW home it only took a few hours. Professional staff, everyone is friendly, and the office is clean and impressive. Make sure to check out some of the cool cars they have on display on the top floor. Once I left I felt like I was not only highly valued as a customer but my time was valued as well. This is the nicest car I have ever had and I appreciate them making the experience so pleasant.

Need to reevaluate how your approval process for additional recommended services. I tried to approve online from text msg link - final approval after signature didn’t work; called service and left vmail with approval and also texted the technician with approval. None of the approvals were received and now I have to make a 2nd trip to finish services.
