David Kantor did a great job of providing information concerning the differences between the gasoline and hybrid RX 350’s along with the various options available for the different packages on all 350 models. He explained all clearly and concisely. Questions I had after visits were answered quickly. Tysean Yorke had to explain to someone who hasn’t purchased a car in 14.5 years all of the tech, electronics, and function of instruments now available to a low tech guy (me). Tysean did a splendid job providing the instructions, he is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the patience he had with me. Both gentlemen were helpful, extremely friendly and very approachable. The same could be said for Sales Manager Mike Gleydura, Dave Weaver, your receptionist and Maintenance personnel that I met. My experience with Lexus Cleveland was relaxed and a pleasure. Mr. Kantor and your staff focused on what I wanted in a vehicle and not what Lexus wanted to sell me. I would recommend your dealership to everyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I didn’t feel pressured into buying a more expensive vehicle, etc. I bought used, and they agreed to fix a few minor cosmetic issues with the car without charging. OMG, Ollie M Grim was great! I went looking for an Equinox and he sold me on a Blazer instead. If you really wanna have fun with Ollie make sure you go for a test drive & make sure he's in the back seat. When we got back to the dealership it was fun watching him try to get out with the child safety locks on! 😀 Ollie thinks it's someone he works with that turns that on for all vehicles, I just think everyone enjoys watching him get stuck in the backseat while the customers are wondering why he can't get out. Seriously though, Ollie is very personable, knowledgeable, patient and knows when to back off and allow the customer to think the deal over. In three years when my lease is up I hope Ollie is still there to help me again.

Only negative was the quality of the car detailing on several cars I looked at. Several were not cleaned to a luxury brand dealership standard and the car I purchased had a high shine product applied to the leather seats, which was difficult to remove. More xxxxxxto Karina for trying to remove the shine herself. Jordan Mitchell was pleasant to deal with while finalizing the sale and paperwork.
