I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. But their service on my 2009 Lincoln MKZ has always been excellent! The thoroughness in their work is phenomenal and they have been VERY trustworthy in their repairs. In this day and age, it is not easy to find a service department that you trust with your needed car repairs. But I cal always rely on the Service Reps and technicians here to do excellent work at a fair price! Thank you, Klaben!

I had a great experience with Carl and Krieger Ford. There was no pressure at all and Carl went over and above in helping me. Carl was honest and straight forward. He offered great advice and was very responsive with all my texts, calls, and questions. The whole process was well supported and turnkey. While I hope I don't have to buy another new car for a long time, when I do, I will be going back to Krieger.
