Oscar was very polite. - Desirae_2010

Oscar was very polite. Made sure that the vehicle was exactly what my mother wanted. We went there multiple times looking and he was never pushy or anything. After we bought my moms jeep there was a few issues Oscar stepped up even as is buyer and made things right and the thing was it was simple fixes that worried my mother and he took her very serious. I highly recommend Oscar at Mykarauto we are a small town and he has out did all the others by far.

I just purchased my second car from North Coast. - Julian

I just purchased my second car from North Coast. As expected, the experience was incredible. I found the vehicle I wanted online on Monday. Submitted my loan request Monday night. I was pre-approved within minutes. I went to the dealership on Thursday and my sales rep Mike was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. I took the car for a test drive and within an hour my paperwork was ready and I was happily on my home in a beautiful 2021 BMW. North Coast was very transparent regarding the pricing and protection options. I purchased an extended warranty from NVP which I cannot stress enough how amazing this warranty is. On my last vehicle from North Coast I had an engine failure three years into owning the vehicle. The NVP warranty fully covered my engine replacement and in just one claim it more than paid for itself. I will not hesitate to make a future purchase from North Coast. They make the purchasing process easy and stress free and the vehicle pricing is unrivaled. I cannot thank the North Coast team enough!

I bought my wife a nice Mercedes from Brad and John. They were great to deal with and extremely accommodating. They were warm and the price was great. The car was exactly as described, very high quality. They ofgered me a great unlimited miles service contract from Penn Warranty at a great price, so I dont have to worry about future repairs. I would recommend buying at this dealership, we will buy again.

Got a great vehicle at a great price and they were great - gsavageva

Got a great vehicle at a great price and they were great to work with, however, the pictures in the post do not show any body damage on the vehicle and there was obvious damage to the passenger side rear door. Pretty sure it happened after they posted the ad as their lot is rather tight spacing wise. It also has a non functional A/C and he said I could get a used compressor for $100. Then in researching it, I will likely spend more than $1,000 getting it repaired. So great price up front but it is going to cost me in the end. Other than that it does drive well and has a strong engine.

Working with Ron was a pleasure! He sent me extra... - Winter

Working with Ron was a pleasure! He sent me extra pictures and since I flew in from Florida to buy the truck he picked me up at the airport-that's great customer service. They have lots of inventory and are easy to work with.

I've worked with Charles at Segna to purchase two cars. ... - dcream

I've worked with Charles at Segna to purchase two cars. I've been impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I have to admit, I've never had to negotiate a price with him because I work for a company that is given a special, non-negotiable price on Fords/Volvos. When I called him to ask what my discount price was for a Volvo he called me back within hours and gave me the correct price. Other dealers wouldn't give me a price over the phone or didn't know about the discount.

Before walking in , I had already had conversations with the sales person about the vehicle so there was a familiarity already. Got the price and payment I wanted with no hassle.

Cash Grab? - wparks

Cash Grab? Possibly. Rude for sure, customer service is a joke I suspect unless you spend thousands on maintenance. I expected better from a Voss dealership. Simple transaction. Vehicle towed in to get key cut. My wife picks up the vehicle a week later and the tire is completely flat. So much so that I had to call roadside assistance and was told that it would be a quote of whatever new tire costs would be. Unaccpetable. I speak to the general manager and he tells me that he is not responsible for the vehicle because it was not in their possession. Where was my vehicle the whole time? On his lot. Where were the keys? with his cashier. In what way is this not in their possession. My vehicle by his own admission did not come in with a flat tire but somehow left with a flat tire. And he proceeded to what if me and say what if it was the Tow driver? So vehicle gets dropped off, worked on and driven by his own technician, no flat tire. But it is possibly the tow driver's fault? His solution to fix is me paying a discounted rate for the tire. I know I am just one person and that it doesn't matter to them. But I will still pass on the experience. It's the principal in this matter. I could see if I was looking to short a bill but my car literally went in with one issue which i paid for in full and came out with a completely unrelated issue. And the fix was simple. Instead they wished to make it worse over basically $100. So me as a customer is worth less than $100 for tire $250 if you want to include labor. Thanks. There is a point where doing the right thing has to matter more than a little profit. Which compared to how much they make wouldn't be worth the effort.

Great dealership. - Joseph Wright

Great dealership. Super transparent about everything. Did maintenance on the vehicle before I purchased it, and he was super clear about what he did to it like replace the breaks, repair a speaker, etc. Basically just a great guy (I worked with Dave). Nothing flashy, no shenanigans, just a pretty basic dealer that I had a great experience with. Definitely would check their inventory out again when shopping for my next passenger vehicle. I should note that they don't negotiate on the price, but the prices are already very fair so that's not really a complaint. And obviously sales tax and other fees will be added, totaling $733 on a $6400 list price. Super happy with my car, and my experience with this dealer.

Never contacted me regarding the car or it's - kpayne1961

Never contacted me regarding the car or it's availability. Not very happy with this experience

Instead of helping or trying to help, they stopped - maryjanepoppins

Instead of helping or trying to help, they stopped responding instead of giving a professional “I cannot help with financing a car.” They left me empty handed and without a response.

A good used car buying experience - David9210

I purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Passat CC with 128K miles and no warranty. During the next two weeks I added 2 quarts of oil and there were oil drippings on our garage floor and drive. I called Milo, one of the owners and the person who sold me the car. I explained the oil leak and low oil pressure problem. I expected a reply reminding me that my car had no warranty and such problems are my responsibility. Not so with this dealer. He told me to bring the car back immediately. When I asked if I could wait while they did whatever was needed, Milo responded, "No, but I'll give you a car to drive while we fix your car." Three days later my car was fixed and I expected a repair bill. I picked up my car, signed an agreement that certain repairs were completed and drove away. No charge. The owners of AutoLika know the cars they sell. They have the facilities to inspect, make necessary repairs, and service what they sell before the car goes on the lot.

I recently purchased my 2008 Chevy 2500HD pickup from... - JacksonGreaser

I recently purchased my 2008 Chevy 2500HD pickup from Bart's ... the experience was fantastic !!! They gave me a great deal and the salesman John was a pleasure to do business with. I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends !!! I live in WV and it was well worth the drive to eastern Ohio to get the truck I was looking for. They have many dealerships around that area ... so if one doesn't have the vehicle you're looking for I'm sure they may have it at one of their other locations. You will not be disappointed in the sales staff ... they will work with you to get you into the vehicle you want.

Check Here First - See Pascal! - Mazdabuyer

After visiting numerous Mazda dealerships on-line, many on the phone, and then visiting a few in person, the overall best was Bill Marine Auto Center. If we knew then what we do now, we'd have saved time and money by just visiting Pascal Chevrette, Bill Marine Mazda's (Springfield, OH) General Manager. He offered us the best deal upfront, without the typical back and forth game most dealerships play. His easygoing, honest, and trustworthy characteristics made it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. Kudos also to finance, Cheryl Sample, and Sales Associate, Stacy Crites, for their expertise.

Bought a 2018 Ford F150 on November 3, 2025. - slayback.w

Bought a 2018 Ford F150 on November 3, 2025. Got a repair bill today (March 5, 2026) for $7700+tax because the whole transmission needs replaced.. We've made 3 payments on the car and its undrivable without repair costs that equal almost half of what we paid. Called dealership and they told us we were screwed. Buyer beware.

Worst Purchase Ever - Aaron197

On February 2nd, 2018, I purchased a 2006 Volvo s40 from Capital Motors, Canton Oh. I found it odd that the Volvo was one of two cars stored inside the garage while the rest were on the lot, but I didn't think much of it. The car seemed to check out, had low mileage, and drove nicely. However, in the 10-minute drive back to my building, I discovered the heat didn't work. An hour later, my windows were frosted from the inside. The car had most likely been kept inside Capital Motor's garage to keep it warm and to hide this major issue: I had been sold a car with a defective heater core-- a repair ranging from 500-1000 dollars. Homer had promised me through a speech of Texan pride and honesty that his mechanics checked it out and that he'd even put 100 miles on the car himself. I cannot believe this. During the hour of highway driving it took to reach a trust-worthy mechanic, I had to stop every 10 to 15 minutes because of how quickly the antifreeze drained from the broken core, or else risk overheating. Even worse, the car has failed to start several times already. Each of these issues are of a magnitude that make Homer's plea of ignorance unbelievable. If he and his employees had driven it this winter like they claimed, the problem would have been obvious. When I brought this dilemma to Homer, he refused accountability for selling me a lemon. He claimed he did me a favor by lowering the price when we were negotiating and said that he was "too broke" to pay the $600 dollars to replace the heating core. Homer did me no favors by selling me this headache. I have had it for two weeks and can't drive it without overheating and risk major engine damage. By the end of the month, I will have spent several hundred dollars in repairs, along with the significant amount left to pay off the rest of the financing. This is a case of either intention deception, or a businessman cutting corners and then refusing to own up to his mistake. Either way, this has been, without question, the worse purchase I have ever made. Homer and his guys were some of the nicest people I've met in a while, but niceness won't fix this nightmare. Will never be working with Capital Motors again.
