To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an - TMAC 70

To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an understatement!! I was hoping to purchase a new Frontier Pro4X. Dan Henshaw is not a man of his word plain and simple. Matt Pugh Executive Manager never called me to discuss. I would stay away from making an out of town purchase from them. My credit score I see from TransUnion is 75 points higher than the report they pulled! I offered to have my wife co sign who has stellar credit but Dan Henshaw told me they really don’t want the deal and there are too many “Red Flags” on my file and they simply don’t want to do the deal on their truck. My reviews like this are seen by thousands of people. My wife and Son already have 18 month leases on these beautiful trucks. If you would like help securing one for yourself I am in the business and there are dealers willing to work with you and your credit situation. If I can help I am the Executive VP for EasyLease Automotive Lease. Both of my leases were secured for under $500 down and $500 per month (with approved NMAC) credit. The buy rate on the lease is currently .00305 and the residual is 95%. If I can answer any questions please call me directly 2145488200.

IN DEFIANCE THERE WAS A MANAGER NAMED LUPE THAT I TRIED... - 1CHANCE

IN DEFIANCE THERE WAS A MANAGER NAMED LUPE THAT I TRIED TO TALK WITH ON THE PHONE TO CLEAR UP A PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE SERVICE I WAS GETTING AND NEEDED SOME ANSWERS, BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I WOULDNT WANT A MAN THAT DIDNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER PROPERLY RUNNING MY BUSINESS. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID SO I HAD TO CALL HIM AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I DONT THINK JIM WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW HIS MANAGER TREATS THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, AND DONT THINK THIS SHOULD JUST BE SWEEPED UNDER THE RUG. UPSET CUSTOMER WITH THE SERVICE OF THE MANAGER. Great Experience, Great Dealer - jerry1947

My wife and I went to Jerry’s Auto Mart to test drive a Saturn Aura. We have bought five trucks and cars from Jerry’s. I will tell you this you will never be pressured or feel uncomfortable at Jerry’s Auto Mart, they will let you test drives and answered every question you have. I definitely recommend this dealership and Scott to anyone in the market for a pre owned car or truck.

I was looking for a good car with room for my kids and towing capacity for our camper. I was nervous about what shape the car would really be in. (motor, suspension, etc). Johnson Automotive overcame that by letting me take it out and go over it thororghly, going into detail about the maintenance schedule, thorough treatment during scheduled maintenance, etc. Everyone was nice, appeared sincere, service was great, excellent experience. The owner Jay was dishonest with me about EVERYTHING! - Amy

The owner Jay was dishonest with me about EVERYTHING!!!! 1) He priced truck for 11,000. Then when I said it seemed steep, he stated you would work with me. On paper work that he would not sit down & discuss with me because he was “too busy” so he had an assistant do. The truck was priced at 11,995.00- THAT IS NOT 11,000.00 2.) On day 5/3/22 HE stated that finance company required 2000.00 down. I stated all I had was 1500.00 as we had agreed on. JAY stated don’t worry I will put you down for 2000. 00 and when we get tax check I will take my 500.00 then. JAY nor his assistant put 2000.00. As confirmed with finance company as well as my contract… I was only credited for 1500.00 — Which is 100% provided by me. I asked his assistant because Jay left to sell another vehicle. She confirmed that Jay got it to go through for my 1500. I was assured all was approved and accurate. Now… Here we are 45 days in and I can’t get tags because Jay has not paid taxes to Ohio or Kentucky. Neither state had released a title. Jay will not respond to messages nor calls and he clearly did not assist me in any way financially! •Jay lied about price then bounced at signing so I couldn’t get an answer. I swallowed that. •Jay lied about the 500.00 towards deposit and it had been confirmed on my contract and with finance company that I was only credited for my 1500.00 •Jay lied about the condition of truck. Headlights went out as soon as they were on long enough to get hot. Both had to be replaced due to seal and moisture •Universal Joint had to be replaced with in the first month. I was advised that was the popping noise that Jay & his mechanic told me that I was NOT hearing. •Sensor is costing 480.00 to fix due to it is hard to get to. •AND the rocker are a job to fix as well. The lowest quote I have got for those is parts 260. With minimum labor of 1200. THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH Jay at Jordan Auto Sales

Wow! Car buy delights parents AND son. - elizachase

We love the service received from Maxtown Motors. After months of agonizing over what kind of car to buy for our teenage son, Dennis Glassburn's name was recommended as a used car expert. When we met, discussed our needs, concerns, budget and more, Dennis was quick with sound advice. More importantly, he found a car that delighted our boy, soothed our worries and didn't dent our pocketbook on the purchase price or car insurance. Our son is thrilled with his new found independence. We - mom and dad - are comforted knowing the car won't break down or fall to pieces when (not if) he has his first fender bender. Thanks, Dennis and Maxtown Motors!

The people were very friendly and were willing to work... - OhioJeeper

The people were very friendly and were willing to work with me to get whatever I wanted/needed. They worked with me on the down payment and moved quickly to get me into the car. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I think this was the smoothest purchase I've ever made. They were honest about the history of the used vehicle I purchased and even provided pictures of other vehicles I was interested in that had been restored. Thanks Mission!!

CLEVELAND CONSUMERS. - rkwike

CLEVELAND CONSUMERS....BEFORE YOU SHAKE HANDS, you may want to double and triple check with the salesman, the used car manager, and the store manager at Montrose in Cleveland that they actually will sell you the car. We offered to purchase a car at this dealership and the offer was accepted. We shook hands with the salesman and a manager. We were paying cash so were asked to wait while the papers were drawn up for sale. An hour later (after being told repeatedly the papers were coming and would not be much longer, the used car manager came over to say that they could no longer sale us the car. They counteroffer was to have us finance the car so the could get their kick back from the bank (and we had already told them no during the negotiations). I flipped over the business card of the salesman that referenced wanting to earn business through trust? I don't think this is the way to do that. I would strongly strongly urge consumers to be cautious if you plan on shopping here. I reached out to headquarters to share my experience and have not gotten a return call. GOOD LUCK!
