I came in as a walk-in to ask about a certain vehicle I saw on the lot. I was given Jeff Simpson as my salesperson. He worked quickly and efficiently in putting the sale together. The financing was handled by Sean Walsh, who did a great job at getting me the terms I wanted. To my surprise they delivered my car to my home so I didn't have to drive back the next day to pick it up. Professional, Personable, And Unapproachable Integrity - misha
I recently purchased a hard-to-find, pre-owned vehicle from Audi Oklahoma City that, as my luck would have it, they recently received via a trade-in. Because of work, I live between Florida and New York, and came upon this special car through an online search.
Once I found the car online, I completed the ubiquitous "request more information" form. Even though it was Friday night, I quickly received a personal email from Tiffany, Sales Coordinator, that they were closed but to please feel free to reach out at my convenience the next day. No hassles, no pressure; no super early Saturday morning calls! I called Tiffany later that afternoon and had a long conversation about the car. Then and there, as well as in the days to come, she hit it out of the ballpark in helping me and answering my many questions. She connected me with Darrell, Audi Brand Specialist, who became my primary sales contact. Both Darrell and Tiffany were incredibly professional, possessed expert knowledge about their vehicles, and especially important for me, were just great people who I enjoyed speaking with.
I put down a deposit and flew out for OKC the following Saturday to personally examine and test-drive the car, and to my surprise it was even better than described! Darrell spent a great deal of time with me, even though it was obvious that Saturday is their craziest day. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was with Darrell. Once I'd seen, examined and driven the car, I was all-in and the final negotiation was straightforward, such a welcome change from twists and turns with the east coast dealerships I was used to.
I financed a portion of the car and also wanted an extended warranty, and from my experience knew this was usually the most uncomfortable part with this type of transaction. But Tim and his manager Kendrick were perfect, no hard sells, they answered my questions and gave thorough explanations of what my options were. I had done my homework, and ended up with what I wanted at an extremely fair price from these two very fine gentlemen.
Once the paperwork was signed and next steps were explained to me, I took one last look at my baby and headed off to the airport. The car arrived last week via a third-party transportation carrier (a special well deserved shout-out to Plycar for delivering it quickly and in perfect condition), and I couldn't be happier. And it's all thanks to Tiffany, Darrell, Tim, Kendrick and the incredible folks at Audi of Oklahoma City!
