Simply put, used to be a good dealership. Became the worst dealership I’ver ever had experience with in the last five years and beyond. They fired the only staff who cared and could get a car deal done or get your car service right. The sales staff are always terrible and seem to hate being there. Always on their phones or talking to each-other, rather than speaking with their client. Kept me there from 10:00 am to nearly 5:00 pm on a holiday. Stole my car keys so I couldn’t leave or even visit my trade car. The sales girl ignored literally everything I asked for in a car. She lied to me non-stop and thought flirting with me would convince me to buy a car.
