I took my '97 SC 400 in for service because the check engine light kept coming on and off. They gave me a quote of $1,231 for unspecified work to correct the problem. I had to take the car in to them twice. Altogether, they had it for nearly a week. When they returned it to me, the check engine light was still on and they charged me over a thousand dollars. All they did was to replace a sensor that couldn't have cost over $30 or $35. They did not fix the problem that I took the car in for but charged me over a thousand dollars anyway!

Stay away! Tried to charge me $1500.00 for a repair they said was not covered by my warranty. Took my car to an independent mechanic that said my car did not need the repair Eskridge wanted to charge me for, then went to another Lexus dealership and they also agreed the repair was not need, but did diagnose the repair I need being covered under my warranty. Eskridge would not admit they made a mistake and cost me $700.00 out of my pocket before we found the real problem. Also Eskridge charges for their loaner cars, no other Lexus dealership I have even been to does this. Granted my car is still under warranty. Just think twice before you have an expensive repair at Eskridge.
