Nice facility. Loved that they offered real drinks while I waited. However, it would’ve been nice to have a service manager greet you as you pull up instead of getting out of your car and walking in there and waiting for one of them to address you. Also, it is unfortunate that we have to pay for the pike pass or plate pay on the borrowed cars. Especially if you have to keep the car for longer than a day, I could’ve gotten a temporary pass instead of being charged the max amount per toll.

I love the service department! They are all helpful. I bought a 2007 Q3 a year ago and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everybody that’s worked there..
