In the market for a 1/2 ton truck and I shopped 3 different brands and dealerships before pulling the trigger on a new Silverado Trail Boss with Brian at Bend Chevy. Brian was adamant about making sure we narrowed in on the exact right truck for me first... which was a bit tricky because I wanted some of the upgraded package options but needed a bench seat up front to fit my family of 6. Needless to say... WE FOUND IT... though not here in Bend. Brian and I scoped out the just-right-for-me truck and scoured dealerships within 400 miles of Bend, and ended up finding EXACTLY what I wanted on a lot in Redding. Brian had the truck delivered to Bend at no extra cost and I was really happy with the final price (no haggling needed) and promos offered by Chevy. Scott Keller made signing all the docs a breeze and was personal, not pushy like a lot of finance guys can be. The wife has had her eye on a Suburban for a while now and we'll definitely hit up Brian when the time comes to upgrade her minivan with a new burb!

We had it for 2 years, it was a great family car and we never ever had a problem with it! Grant Bryan sold us our second car. It's a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. It is also in absolute perfect condition and has every feature I could ever imagine, seriously it's loaded! They always call you to make sure everything is going well after your purchase, and send you a wonderful gift box full of goodies. Every year we get cards from Trish! And they always remind you when it's time to service your car! We also had the pleasure of working with Lori Bouquet (absolutely adore her!), Kim McDonald, and Zack Morris all who work in sales. We absolutely love every single person we have met there! That is saying something when it comes to car sales! Lum's provided excellent warranty work on my 15 year old car, purchased at this dealership new in 2004. I also go to Lums for maintenance work, because they are simply excellent at checking what my vehicle needs per the records they keep and from the extensive checklist they go through during a typical service.

I took my Corvette in because it wouldn’t start. They kept it there for 5 months saying they couldn’t get the part. I had it towed to another mechanic shop. Allpro. They got the part and fixed it in a week. Power Chevrolet charged $850 for not fixing my car. Go to Allpro to fix your corvette. They know what they are doing
