I cannot express how thankful for Ben and his help I am. Really saved a family vacation from being a headache by going above and beyond when we needed to get our brakes checked and serviced while on a road trip. Overnighted parts for us and got us back on the road! Thanks again, Ben!

My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Ocean... - dewalker23
My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Ocean Crest in early 2018. The sales process took a pretty long time, there was a lot of back and forth about payment and various insurance and warranty polices that they insisted on adding.
It took three different sales/management staff to demonstrate the features of the car to us. No one really seemed sure about how various things worked. One person even tried to claim the car was fitted with cruise control, which it was not.
The vehicle ran fine for a few months and then the problems began. First was a noise coming from the front suspension and steering column area. It took five different visits to the service department of Ocean Crest before they could identify any kind of problem. Once it was identified it was fixed without much more resistance.
Next was the passenger airbag sensor. It turned out this issue was related to a recall for the vehicle that had been previously missed during the PDI. This was a pretty simple fix as a recall notice had been issued.
The next issue we had was the Start/Stop function on the engine started to malfunction, not restarting the engine once the brake pedal was released again. The first reaction of the dealership was to say that my wife didn’t know how to operate the vehicle properly. Initially they refused to even look at the vehicle for this issue because “it’s not possible for that to happen” according to the tech. It was a real struggle to get them to look at the car for this issue and of course when they did, they found nothing wrong.
We tried for months to get this issue looked into properly but with no success. The service department here can be very resistant to helping customers with warranty issues.
Overall, a pretty disappointing experience all round.

This was a very bad experience. I bought a used fiat that was previously stolen and was bought at auction. There were some problems with the car and lots of back and forth with the dealership. They told me I had to take it to fiat. I took it to fiat who told me part of the system dealing with the coolant had been taken apart and put back together. His opinion was that if he had done the inspection like they said they did, he would definitely notice the problem. The service department assured my they inspected the car and didn't see anything.
In dealing with the general sales Manger ed Kriegal he was incredibly rude. He spoke about me to the service tech in the third person. I asked him not to and he said, "i wasn't talking about you, I was talking about how much money I was willing to spend to make you happy" in a very rude tone. I'm not sure why he felt he could be so condescending to a customer.
Best dealership ever! - Summer Tuenge
I have purchased two cars from Roe Motors and have never been more pleased with my experience at a dealership! They are amazing and go above and beyond! Especially for their return customers!
My husband and I have had the pleasure of being helped by Trish Thoman, she sold us our first car we purchased from them. It was a 2011 Toyota Camerey which was in perfect condition. We had it for 2 years, it was a great family car and we never ever had a problem with it! Grant Bryan sold us our second car. It's a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. It is also in absolute perfect condition and has every feature I could ever imagine, seriously it's loaded! They always call you to make sure everything is going well after your purchase, and send you a wonderful gift box full of goodies. Every year we get cards from Trish! And they always remind you when it's time to service your car! We also had the pleasure of working with Lori Bouquet (absolutely adore her!), Kim McDonald, and Zack Morris all who work in sales. We absolutely love every single person we have met there! That is saying something when it comes to car sales! They are never pushy and really just want you to be happy and feel completely comfortable with your purchase! They made customers for life with us! I love love love my new Lincoln! Thank you so much Roe Motors! You are all absolutely wonderful!
