Watched them rotate my tires and check my brakes all under 10 minutes hard working crew xxxxxxto those guys! I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

Have used this dealership for the last 3 oil changes and service and the service department employees seem to always be dismissive and have no empathy or compassion. I will be looking for a new location to service my truck due to their outrageous pricing for an oil change and tire rotation. I just had my invoice, and it cost me with a veteran's discount $411 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. The pricing has gone up 110 dollars from 6 months ago. I wouldn't mind spending extra for good service but again, the service department employees have zero customer service skills.

I bought me Cross sport in 2020, I have no complaints about the salesman or service. Today I called to get a new fob, I was quoted 305.00 for the Fob, and over 200.00 to program. Total over 500.00, Really?? I just contacted and ordered the same Fob from Salem VW, the price of the Fob was 181.00 and 99.00 to program. I understand needing to make a profit, but this is unbelievable. The parts employee was very nice, but the prices were out of touch, and not competitive.

They lied and withheld info to get us financing, THEN let us driveoff the lot AFTER they took the plates off ( we were not aware) They never informed us that they were taking the plates and WE needed to buy new ones, and that was just the beginning. TERRIBLE customer service. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!
