After finding my dream car online nearly 2000 miles away over 4th of July weekend I was forced to wait till after the holiday to get in touch with Rickie. I asked about the car I was interested in, he helped set me up with a mobile inspector to look the car over to save me time and a flight to Oregon. By the time we finished the inspection and I made my considerations it was too late to make the deal that day. Bright and early the next day, Rickie was there to help speed things along. I was able to docusign the paperwork and wire the money. Without being asked Rickie dropped the sales price to offset the shipping (Thank you again) and he handled finding a driver to transport my car to me. Picked up on a Saturday and dropped off to me on the following Monday. Excellent customer service and I would not be afraid to buy from him again!

The salesman at the first lot south on 82nd was friendly and helpful. The salesman at the second lot north on 82nd disappeared on us and wasn't very friendly. We called ahead and went directly to the vehicle we called about and the salesman basically left us standing next to the vehicle, he didn't offer a test drive and didn't actually reappear until we were walking off the lot. We went to a different car lot in Troutdale right after and bought a vehicle same day.

DO NOT USE! THESE GUYS ARE THE REASON USED CAR DEALERS HAVE A TERRIBLE REPUTATION! They sold me a car at market price, based on the assumption it was in good working condition. Within the first month, the headlight went out, the sunroof motor stopped working, dashboard lights went on/off and the car started shaking whenever putting it in reverse. The salesperson sold me what was supposed to be a 100K warranty, so as not to worry about immediate defects. When the car started having issues, we brought it back. The loaner car they gave us started shaking as well within the first 1-2 days of use- so obviously they do zero pre-checks before selling cars. They then swapped cars out and brought one with no license plates and an obvious nail in the tire. After waiting 3 weeks for our car to be repaired, they then said they refused to honor the warranty we bought from the original salesperson, saying that this wasn't covered. Having bought numerous used vehicles for my business over the past 10 years, they are hands-down the worst from a customer service and and management perspective. We are currently about to begin litigation with them.

Purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from them on 9/5/2017 -- it is now Feb 9, 2018 (going into 6 months) and I have yet to receive our registration, title and license. Have called them many times and spoken with Dave/David, Sam and Jeff -- all who promise to get issue resolved, but they NEVER return a call. It's a bit of a slight-of-hand issue. . . paperwork is in drawer, paperwork has been mailed to DMV. . . waiting for someone at your credit union. . . they were quick to cash our check. Have finally opened Better Business Bureau of Oregon case against them.

Absolutely fantastic car buying experience. Incredibly friendly, relaxed and low pressure, and the negotiation was a breeze and totally reasonable...in other words, completely chill - something I wouldn't ever associate with a car dealership. Once we settled on a deal, I was out the door 15 minutes later. And somehow, despite how quick the whole process was, every step was explained thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I was given the option to buy a warranty, but this was presented exactly as it should have been: as an option that may or may not pay off. I don't understand how other dealerships can't follow this model...greed I suppose. I would go out of my way to buy from them again.

They never sent the plates to the right address. They requested a power of attorney to send the plates to the address we have originally provided. We sent a signed power of attorney to them. They confirmed they received it and then, they lose it. They waited full 3 weeks to let me know they needed a new power of attorney, even though I have been calling them twice every week to check and see if they needed anything else from our side. This horror story started back in February, 2017. We found online a car that we liked and we went to Hertz Car Sales from Beaverton to see and drive the car. The car was fine. We were planning to move and we both (My wife and I), told Jason when we were signing the paper work, that EVERYTHING (registration, plates, other papers related to this car) needed to be sent to a new address in Portland, OR and he said, they will take care of that. We received our registration card on that address but never the plates. I called them and talked to Jason again and asked him for the plates and turns out they were sent to the address we asked NOT TO SEND THEM. He said, this is the way the DMV works. We trusted on their word and they lied to us. They will tell anything you want to hear to sale a car. He asked us for a power of attorney, because right now, we are out of the state and they need it to process the plates in our behalf and send them to the address we asked from the beginning. We signed and sent the power of attorney and I called and talked to Jason again to make sure they got it and “according to him”, they received it. I have been calling them every week because my temporary plate already expired and I wanted to make sure things will work out this time. I called again and talked to someone else because Jason was off, and his words were “Unfortunately, the power of attorney you guys sent us got misplaced and we need you to send us another power of attorney”. I called them every week since I sent the power of attorney and they waited 3 weeks to let me know, it got misplaced. I have bought other cars in the past from other car dealers and this is so far, the worst car buying experience I ever have had. This is the first bad review I write about a service. I know it is not an easy task to make everyone happy but I definitely had to make the time to warn other people like my wife and I who were looking to buy a decent car and not a problem. I don’t know what else to do, but for sure, I don’t want to deal with these guys anymore.

Buyer Beware. I called and spoke to Mark the other day and told him I wanted to buy the Range Rover Evoque they had and that I would be coming 3 1/2 hours from Seattle WA. My concern was that I would get there and they would low ball me on my trade and they did exactly that. Mark had promised me $36,000 for my trade so I took the day off of work and canceled my appointments for the day and began my 3 1/2 hour drive. When I got there Mark was rude right off the bat which was very displeasing. He then told me my trade was worth $32,000 after he promised me over the phone it was worth $36,000... I got pretty angry considering it took $150 in gas to get there and back because my Ford Raptor gets 10mpg and instead of trying to come up with some solution him and his "used car manager" we're continuing to be rude to me so I left. Lesson learned, don't trust this dealer.

I have been looking for a CR-V for several years. I found a 2014 CR-V listed at McMinville Honda on auto trader(online). My husband and I went to look at it and took it for a test drive.....I was hooked and knew it was the right choice and the right time to buy. Steve Scuito was helpful and negotiated a little price reduction. Because of my job I wasn't able to go back until a few days later and finalize the deal and sigh the papers. In 1993 I purchased my first brand new Honda Accord at McMinnville. It was a great dealership then and it still is!! Thank you!
