I haven been going to rottet motors for the past 5 years with my vehicle. At first, their customer service was okay with Kyle at the front desk. And ever since he left and rottets son worked the front desk their customer service went down hill. Absolutely terrible!! They failed my inspection because of a small knick in my windshield and so I had my insurance replace it. I went back to get the sticker put on and the second I left the garage my tire started making a loud cranking noise. I called and went through 3 people, each person was arrogant towards me. They called me back and then said to not return, which I did not plan on it anyway. they exactly said “don’t come here anymore” instead of saying to bring the car back and they can take a look at it. For being a small dealer in a small town, this is not someone you would want to give business to.

I had my vehicle in for service not to long ago. I had two subwoofers, an amp, and a radio installed in my vehicle. I wasn't to sure about going to a dealership for this installation cause they can be real pricey. But i was surprise at the price off the whole installation. Very affordable and i love my sound system. I recomend all my friend and family to go visit this dealer. I would have given them all 5 but theres always room for improvement. I have an appointment to get an alarm installed and can't wait to see it work.

Van was recalled for a 2 day repair. 3 weeks later still not done. No rental reimbursement. Stay away from fords and this dealer! I will ignore any more recall notices from these idiots.

I recently had my car repaired due to an accident. Lynn Foor, Body Shop Manager, went above and beyond my expectations for excellent service. He made sure my car was finished on time and dealt with the insurance companies and appraisers. Lynn is not only a good listener but a great communicator. He constantly kept in touch with me through the entire process. My car is looking and driving great. Thank you State College Ford!
