Great experience with the service department! I was recommended this location after a terrible experience at a different location not associated with Stillman. I could not have been more satisfied with their communication and ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve the problem. What took months to troubleshoot elsewhere took minutes here. I wont take my car anywhere else and will drive the extra miles for this great service. My only regret is not having purchased my car at this dealership. Extremely professional and welcoming!

I am currently dealing with one issue after another with... - Jhoran
I am currently dealing with one issue after another with my current Volvo XC60. Although it is tempting to get out of my Volvo, I will most likely not be buying another Volvo. Before our warranty was up, we had an electrical panel go on the car. I should have taken that as an indication to get an extended warranty. In the last 10 weeks, I came in for the 70,000 mile service which was expensive with usual maintenance($850) on March 15. At that time I told them about last summer, when the AC broke as we were driving to Wisconsin on a 95 degree day. The car was evaluated at a Volvo in Madison and they were unable to find any leak and replenished the freon. In March I asked them to make sure the AC was functioning and good. Also at that time the oil light was on. It had been on once in the fall and a local service had added oil. Keystone Volvo Service encouraged me to do an oil service and if it happened again I would need to complete an oil consumption test. Within two weeks the AC was out. I was busy with life and not able to get back in to Volvo. On May 7 the car was back in the shop and the AC leak was found and an evaporator needed to be replaced($1750). Again as I was at Keystone Volvo, I asked them to check the oil since it had been flagged at the last visit in March. A state inspection was done and I was told all was good. On June 5 the oil light came on. I called Keystone and was told the next visit available was on Friday June 11 and it was fine to drive with the low oil light on. Three days later the red danger light came on and I came directly in. Currently we are in the middle of an oil consumption test ($530). The worst thing is I feel the car is completely unreliable. I am supposed to drive to New Hampshire next week, but wonder what am i to do if the oil light comes on when I am on the road. I assume that is very unlikely as it is in the first 1,000 miles, but at this point I am very discouraged by my experience with my Volvo XC 60. I sincerely hope that Volvo stands behind their vehicle this time as even though my warranty expired at 50,000 a car with 72,000 should not be requiring such maintenance. Today I was in at my usual service center,. They relayed that Volvos are known for oil consumption and it was their understanding that because of the excessive issues that Volvo was honoring an extended warranty for oil issues.
Perhaps if Volvo does the right thing and stands behind their product, I might consider another vehicle as up until the last 8 months I have loved my car. I will be eager to see how much Volvo values their customers.
I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers... - MarieCantanuzzi
I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000.
I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total.
I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket.
They have also sold several cars for me.
My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Worst service department ever. This place used to be... - JM
Worst service department ever. This place used to be great but has rapidly and gone downhill. You couldn’t pay me to use this place again. The service department is a joke. The service manager Kathleen Must loose potential customers on a daily basis. Be warned, DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw it up and make you pay for it the next time your being the car in.
Horrible customer service experience. - deanrob101
Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.
Worst service dept I've ever seen. Took van in on Monday... - tatical308
Worst service dept I've ever seen. Took van in on Monday for a one day repairs. No call Monday, called Tuesday morning, was told everything fixed but TPS they ordered was wrong one. Asked about the front end alignment and was told no they did not do that yet but van would be done Tuesday. No call Tuesday afternoon. Called Wed, told that now the blower motor that was fixed monday is now not fixed and they have to replace a switch. No call back Wed. Called thursday and they closed service due to weather again no call with status. Called Friday morning, Will van be done today? Yes they say, when can I pick it up? Their reply, I'll check and call you back, again no return call. Sitting here losing a weeks pay waiting for my work van. They will never see another van from my company.
