I recently went to BMW of Newport after seeing a couple of previously owned vehicles on CarFax. I was greeted by George when I arrived. He was very professional and courteous. Two out of the three cars were available for a test drive. After driving the 2020 BMW X3 xDrive30i, I was convinced it was the car for me. We sat and talked about the car and finally agreed on a price. George was terrific making sure I knew all the features and how to use them! When I brought my wife to see the car, he made sure she was happy with everything about the car. There was absolutely no high pressure at all. I wish more car dealerships had people like George. We really felt very comfortable dealing with George during this transaction. I hope he is still there when I go looking for another car again.

Process was quick and easy. Vito is an excellent sales person, this is the 3rd BMW I have purchased from him. Car was ready for delivery next day as promised.
