Looking for a CPO X1 or X3. Went to a few dealership, but glad I finished here. Starting with the salesperon Justin. Friendly, not pushy at all and I never felt rushed or pressured. Came to an agreement that I felt comfortable with. Days later when I picked up the car , Anthony in finance was exactly the same way and explained all my options, warranties etc. Very honest and helpful. Finally they brought me to the service mgr. Paul Cunha , I believe. I could have spent the day talking to him. So helpful explaining which fuel octane to use, when services are required and recommended etc. Just left there with a very good feeling. For people that hate the car buying experience, look no further than BMW of Newport. This is the place to go for a no hassle, friendly , competent experience.
