Jessica Vigliatore at the Mazda service desk today helped me smoothly get through an unexpected issue with my Mazda 3 2024 hatchback. Car was brought in for routine oil filter and tire rotation. While doing the tire rotation and inspection I had a bubble on the sidewall of a tire and it had to be replaced. She helped me get through buying a new tire and getting my inspection.
