Worst Deal I Ever Made - Slim

I Bought My Truck In Sept. 2016, They Did Not Stand Behind The Warranty. Had The Items Checked That They Claimed Were Fixed before I Bought It, They Lied. I Wish I Would Have Checked It Out A Little Better Before I Bought It. It Looked Very Good When I Test Drove, But Even Within The First Thirty Days I Had Issues, They Would Not Fix It For Me.

Got home with sway bars not fastened Poor workmanship here. Not an apology or nothing! Just rude accusations and blame shifting from the service manager Heath Leclair. $3000 in work and they still managed to do me wrong. And thats only the begining. What I am really furious about.. I had my driver side ball joints replaced last month. (Still have the receipt) Last week, They recommended I do the ball joints. CONSIDERING I JUST DID THE DRIVER SIDE LAST MONTH FOR $800 I assumed they were going to do the PASSENGER SIDE ball joints this time.. instead they redid only the driver side saying they were bad. THEY WERE BRAND NEW! THAT IS FRAUD! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER

I felt the price was reasonable and I was given a fair price for my trade in a Toyota Prius. Jay was honest and forthright about the sale and transaction. The dealership also stood behind the product when a problem developed after I took delivery of the vehicle. I'm happy and satisfied with the vehicle and the buying process.

Strung me along for 3 weeks fixing an "O2 sensor". Would have not been so aggravated if they told me upfront and kept me properly updated. When they where "so sorry" they offered me a slap in the face for trade in value on my truck and tried to sell me on a "creampuff" not so well kept truck. Please do yourself a favor and avoid.

Sold me a car that broke down only a year and a half of owning it. They proceeded to blame me, run me in circles, not write me proper reciepts for transactions, taking my card but then refusing it and asking for cash instead, using rude and vulgar languages when shown dissapointment in company, and refusing to give me a write up for what was wrong with my car. Nathan and merrill show no respect for their customers and only care about money. NEVER. AGAIN.

I was looking for a good reliable car for some short money and was upset by the fact that I had to deal with a used car salesman. After Test driving the car I was worried about my warranty being honored (due to high mileage) They said they will honor the warranty even though they did not have to because I was from out of state. (Mass). Now the car runs great but I had to bring it back twice for the check engine light. Rick was wonderful, He Aimed to keep me from having to come back for service by solving the most effective and likely problem despite the high cost. I would recommend these guys any day!!! I hope more dealers follow their lead in customer satisfaction.

Was sold a 2008 BMW by dealer. 5 problems in 2 weeks. 3 major ( check engine light, faulty airbag, engine leaks. All covered under warranty but refused to fix. Did not have car 16 of first 30 days..asked for lemon law refund. They refused. I am now suing. Do all you canto stay away. Dishonorable owner and sales staff.

They sold me an Audi A4 2007 for $16,900 KBB Value with FRAME DAMAGE and never informed me. The car is worthless! I was going to trade it in and was notified about the Frame Damage. The car is valued at less than half of what I paid. I also requested at the beginning of purchase for them to rotate tires for me. They said they would and did not. Had they done this they would have noticed that the tires were dry rotted. Fortunately for me I was not driving on the highway when the tire blew up otherwise I would have been in a very serious accident. They slapped inspection sticker on this car without even checking it. They do not care about the customers at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!
