Got home with sway bars not fastened Poor workmanship - kfig0201

Got home with sway bars not fastened Poor workmanship here. Not an apology or nothing! Just rude accusations and blame shifting from the service manager Heath Leclair. $3000 in work and they still managed to do me wrong. And thats only the begining. What I am really furious about.. I had my driver side ball joints replaced last month. (Still have the receipt) Last week, They recommended I do the ball joints. CONSIDERING I JUST DID THE DRIVER SIDE LAST MONTH FOR $800 I assumed they were going to do the PASSENGER SIDE ball joints this time.. instead they redid only the driver side saying they were bad. THEY WERE BRAND NEW! THAT IS FRAUD! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER

Great experience! - gdecotis

Great experience! I stopped by the Woonsocket store and Ray made the process easy and quick. We drove away with our new car!

We had an incredible experience buying a vehicle from - pastorbob

We had an incredible experience buying a vehicle from Executive Auto Sales, and we cannot recommend our salesman, Neil, highly enough! We originally went in intending to buy a 2015 Prius Four, but after the test drive, we realized it just wasn't the right fit for us. We actually spotted a 2018 Prius Prime on the lot that was similarly priced. Instead of trying to steer us or getting frustrated, Neil was completely cooperative and wonderful. He seamlessly helped us change our purchase to the Prius Prime we found. The entire process was entirely stress-free with zero high-pressure tactics. Neil went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our final choice. The honesty, patience, and top-notch customer service we experienced here blew us away. We would absolutely love to purchase from Neil again in the future!

Very nice place to do business! - Blazin9287

Very nice place to do business! Communication was excellent. They worked hard to get my deal done. Couldn't be happier!

Backed out of deal - Jimst

Strung me along for 3 weeks fixing an "O2 sensor". Would have not been so aggravated if they told me upfront and kept me properly updated. When they where "so sorry" they offered me a slap in the face for trade in value on my truck and tried to sell me on a "creampuff" not so well kept truck. Please do yourself a favor and avoid.

Kevin was wonderful to do business with. - dc717340

Kevin was wonderful to do business with. I wanted a reliable car for my daughter at a decent price and that’s what I got. I came from out of state and Kevin was very kind and kept in regular contact with me. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
