We shopped around for small luxury SUV's and surprisingly found that the Alfa Romeo Stelvio was an excellent alternative to the typical choices in this highly competitive class. Attractive styling, tremendous road manners, good visibility, top safety scores (NCAP) and a well laid out and versatile interior. Our salesperson was Roberto, but we mostly dealt with Maz. We found him to be attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. They had one '19 model left in stock, and the pricing was excellent. This Dealership is a scammer. Zero Stars if I could!!! I called at noon on inventory that was clearly in stock and talked with a Rep named Alex... Told her the Vin and stock number I wanted.. She said it was available!! Not once did she say I needed to come into the dealership as it was the end of the sales special and I needed to make an appointment during Covid and pay for the car in person.. Some 60 miles away on a 1/1/2021. I asked if I could put a check, or credit card deposit as they say I can do all of my deal over the phone and online.. COVID free right.. I wanted to car they had and needed nothing else. SOOO.. she tells me she needs to call her Manager Brandon.. I do not hear from her so I call 45 mins later and she tells me I have to come in.. I tell her I have had this happen before and lose the car so I said can I do the deal via now.. I go to financing, she sends me the link and I fill it out while we are talking. She says financing will get right back to me.. SO I talk with a Haley or someone else who tells me the car is now in financing with someone else... Total BS>. I ask for Brandon Debarrows 10 times and get his voicemail and no recall.. I go back to the call center and it is anywhere but the dealership.. TOTAL BS... I then call back and they say because I did not come in, did not have an appointment and was not hear that the deal will go to someone else. Mr. Greico.. .I have met you and your family.. is this the real way you want to run a dealership for someone that just wants a deal.. Buyer beware.. I only wasted 2 1/2 hours.. but Happy New Year.. would not go to them if they gave me the car for FREE>. thanks Grieco Nightmare...No call back.. Nothing.. it was a terrible joke on a First Responder.. during Covid.. What a waste of my time as I try to keep all of their families safe.. 5 Stars is not enough. Joe is an Allstar. From my first telephone contact, I knew that I was talking to an honest gentleman. I talked about a 2018 Corvette that he had on his showroom floor. Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns about the car and about purchasing it site unseen as the car was in Rhode Island and I am in New Jersey. Joe immediately sent me pics from his cell phone and followed up with a call. Joe without asking told me that the price listed was recently discounted over $1,500.00. He gave his word that the pics were accurate and gave me a history on the car. As a businessman I felt that he was sincere and decided to move forward to purchase it. Joe sent me a credit application and I received a follow up call from his lender immediately . I was approved within an hour at a great low rate. The paperwork went smooth and Joe arranged for shipping from a great auto transporter at a great price. The car arrived two days later and it is BEAUTIFUL. I have never seen a two year old car in better condition. Showroom fresh. Thank You Joe, Thank You Everyone at Simon Auto for a wonderful experience.

We were fortunate to be greeted by Sandy Spanos upon our first visit to Hyundai of Newport. We had done a bit of homework and knew we wanted to look at a Santa Fe SUV. Sandy had us test drive a pre-owned model with more amenities than imagined at a price that was great. The purchase transaction was so easy; no pressure and really enjoyable, Sandy is so knowledgeable and friendly. Our transaction was great; Leah in the Finance Dept was excellent also. Sandy demonstrated all the on-board navigation info with us and we are so happy with our experience at Hyundai of Newport! Their pre-owned certified warranty and service agreement is the best we have seen. Highly recommend!!

Bought a vehicle 2 years ago at the Cumberland location, worked with Duane. Took a 2008 Saturn Outlook off the lot for a test drive. Noticed a few issues (the interior was filthy, shook a little while driving). We reluctantly decided we would still get the car and we were assured the issues would be fixed prior to us picking it up. When we were signing paperwork, we were encouraged to buy the extended warranty (why not, it's a used car, great idea). Well, the transmission on this car needs work. Use the warranty right? It's in black & white that the transmission is covered under the plan we bought.... but it's not. My mechanic was told that the transmission was not covered, the work needed to be assessed prior to them agreeing to cover anything (the engine would have to be pulled out, then assessed before we would even know what was covered). We thought we would be fine because the Tasca name was associated with this business, we were wrong. The car was overpriced but we needed something that day. I truly regret ever going there & look forward to bringing my business elsewhere.

Tried to get into contact with him multiple times. Eventually when we did have an appointment to meet up to look at a vehicle he had to cancel but then never said when we could reschedule. After that he never answered calls, texts, or Facebook messages (I could see he read them). Very disappointed in the lack of communication and therefore would definitely not recommend even attempting to do business.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Agreed on a price but change price buy 3-4 thousand dollars once paperwork was completed. Car had to be returned after two days due to heavy vibration from the front end. Then after a month and a half I am now replacing the engine on a vehicle I hardly drove!!! owner was rude yelled at employees while I was in the middle of purchase. floor staff was nice but at the mercy of a loud rude owner. Hope this review prevents anyone else from being ripped off!!!
