Everyone at Barry’s gives you a good feeling. When I was in there was a handful of people singing and joking all in a comforting professional environment. Tim has a great personality and very down to earth. This is one of the reasons I purchased this car, was his exceptional personalty. I called Flood Ford on October 17, 2019 with questions that were not clear about flat towing a Taurus in the manual. I spoke to several people that day including Ford Corporation. I finally got the right person at Flood Ford in East Greenwich Rhode Island. I spoke to Robert Bell the Sales Manager. He listened to my questions and said he would return my call as soon as he investigated the issue. That same day he returned my call as promised with a pdf file for me to review.

Bought a vehicle 2 years ago at the Cumberland location, worked with Duane. Took a 2008 Saturn Outlook off the lot for a test drive. Noticed a few issues (the interior was filthy, shook a little while driving). We reluctantly decided we would still get the car and we were assured the issues would be fixed prior to us picking it up. When we were signing paperwork, we were encouraged to buy the extended warranty (why not, it's a used car, great idea). Well, the transmission on this car needs work. Use the warranty right? It's in black & white that the transmission is covered under the plan we bought.... but it's not. My mechanic was told that the transmission was not covered, the work needed to be assessed prior to them agreeing to cover anything (the engine would have to be pulled out, then assessed before we would even know what was covered). We thought we would be fine because the Tasca name was associated with this business, we were wrong. The car was overpriced but we needed something that day. I truly regret ever going there & look forward to bringing my business elsewhere.

I went here to trade in my 2013 Buick regal for a 2008 Subaru Impreza. The Impreza had more miles than my car. The car salesman told me he could probably do an even trade. His manager agreed. I went to go look at the car for the second time and brought my boyfriend. My boyfriend realized that there was a major problem with the car. It was leaking oil. The head gasket needed to be replaced. They did that. Then they Let me know that they wanted $1200 out of my pocket now for a trade. The prior deal we made with no longer in place. Shady

I had a good experience up until I took the car home they told me I had 3 weeks to pay my registration I paid it a little after 2 weeks then they told me that they had no plates yet and dmv was backed up which is not my fault so I asked what happens when my temp plate expires they said not to drive my car so I'm paying for a car a cant drive when I need to get to work they didn't offer me a dealer plate or loaner car till my plates come in so now I have a car I can't drive till my plates come in that's not very professional at all they are not taking care of there customers

I Bought My Truck In Sept. 2016, They Did Not Stand Behind The Warranty. Had The Items Checked That They Claimed Were Fixed before I Bought It, They Lied. I Wish I Would Have Checked It Out A Little Better Before I Bought It. It Looked Very Good When I Test Drove, But Even Within The First Thirty Days I Had Issues, They Would Not Fix It For Me.

Sold me a car that broke down only a year and a half of owning it. They proceeded to blame me, run me in circles, not write me proper reciepts for transactions, taking my card but then refusing it and asking for cash instead, using rude and vulgar languages when shown dissapointment in company, and refusing to give me a write up for what was wrong with my car. Nathan and merrill show no respect for their customers and only care about money. NEVER. AGAIN.
