The customer service here is outstanding. I was driving through the country when my tire decided to not hold air. They took me without an appt, squeezed me in, repaired my tire all for free within 2-3 hours. In the hour that I sat in the waiting room, the service manager and another ind. came out, introduced themselves and asked if any of us needed anything or if we had any questions. The whole dealership was super friendly, even talked with a sales guy when walking around the lot, it was very clean, had drinks (hot and cold), snacks, internet, tv, a couple different spaces to either relax or work with plenty of outlets. I have ZERO complaints. It's the wow factor. My hometown hyundai is fine but Columbia, there is just that bit more that made my experience delightful. I didn't feel like I was being sold, everything felt genuinely helpful and informative. Went through survey and came back to add this...despite them all introducing themselves, the other three gentlemen that made appearances during my visit, I could not remember their names.☹️ I should have asked but perhaps make sure AFTER sharing and chatting, END with your name! Then I could have had a better chance at remembering all your names to add to this review for your excellent service!

Great experience with service department. Helped my daughter get an engine replacement. Tried another dealership only to be out several hundred dollars with no results. Refreshing to deal with an honest dealership!

Auto Nation Collision center Representative Porsche Herron kept me informed about the process of repairing my Kia’s Sportage. I did not have any problems getting my extension of rental car or dealing with my insurance adjuster, all of this was taken care by the representative. After a few days in the shop, my vehicle was repaired, the craftsmanship was impeccable. I would recommend AutoNation Collision center to my friends and family member who need auto repair. The dealership itself is amazing!,, the service center is awful. Lack of communication. They also don’t tell you anything until the car needs a new engine. I have had the worse experience with the service center. They don’t document properly either. I’m not a mechanic so if the car has issues why not tell the customer. I’m very unsatisfied with the service center and that’s why they have a high turnover rate a that particular service center. They do. Or treat the women according due to just trying to get the money and more money for a woman to have to spend. There was a note saying I declined services that wasn’t even offered to me. Also they have the mileage on my invoice as 50,000 more than what my vehicle has on there. If I would have known the service center customer service was going to be the way it is, I would not have purchased a car from them. They never greet me as I come in. I am always given the invoice and sent about my day. I could have had a wreck with my 4 kids in the car not knowing the car could have shut off at any given moment

Terrible service department. Two week wait to have door handle replaced. Called day before appointment and part was not even ordered. Was promised a call back the next day to explain. No call back. Ordered the part on line and delivered in two days. I will fix myself. Just lost a sale as I was going to trade for a new vehicle.

Unlike other reviews for Grayson, we had an excellent experience with Mike Signore in the service department. My older husband had a miscommunication when setting up our service. Mike was understanding and made the whole situation much better, even when he did not have to do it. I really appreciated his help and will definitely be returning for our future service needs.

If I could rank less than 1, I completely would! This service department is worse than worse. I have purchased a 19 Santa Fe directly from this dealer and have had exactly one service that was even acceptable in 3 years. They are CONSTANTLY updating the phone lines, and when they are working, they can't answer them. The latest stunt was having an oil change scheduled a week ago and mistakenly doing a "drop off" meaning after 5 hours and 3 phone calls, it's the "2nd in line to be done". NEVER buy from them, and more importantly never use the service department!
