I have been using this shop for many years. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I always encourage others to use this shop as well. The Service Manager, Randy Jackson, is a rare gem and an honest and highly knowledgeable man; a combination that’s hard to find. No matter how busy the shop is Randy always takes the time to greet me and personally thank me for my business. In my latest visit Service Advisor Hunter Boyer promptly greeted me with a great smile and upbeat attitude. Advisor Mamie Sells was also instrumental in my service and was very friendly as always and answered my questions. The service was fast and thorough as usual and Hunter went over everything with me in detail at the end. It’s hard to put into words the quality of this shop and the peace of mind they bring. I recently started a new job and there is Hyundai dealer within two mile of my work and Wilson Country Hyundai is over 30 miles away. Due to the extremely close proximity and for the sake of time I can’t believe it but was actually considering going to the other shop just for oil changes. When I called for the appointment the Service Manager there answered and right off the bat there was an issue with scheduling (a problem I never have with Wilson County) and I didn’t appreciate his attitude and did not feel comfortable taking my car there. I would rather make the long drive to Wilson County. Wilson County Hyundai Service is the best!!!!

My husband and I have been good customers since 2013, and we love Hyundai vehicles. In 2017, we leased a G90 and purchased a tire and wheel package from Wolfchase Hyundai to cover repairs at the end of the lease. In early May 2017, we left the car in the shop for replacement of an undercarriage and wheel burns, the latter covered by a third party (TP ) who works out of Wolfchase. I left a handwritten note for the TP to call for authorization, as required, by the wheel contract and a check for $150.00 payable to Jeremy.
Jeremy texted me and said he called Polysteel (Polysteel denies this). Since June 19, I have asked him for reimbursement but received none. I was with Tony in person on June 20, text June 25, text Jul 3, text Jul 9, text Jul 28 and get nothing but the same excuse.....I'm checking on it. I want my reimbursement and I want it now! Polysteel denied my claim and I'm left without proper reimbursement. Every customer deserves professional courtesy.

I've gotta give the guys over here and the service manager Brett and the woman who replaced my engine 10 stars of of 5 as the replacement did take 2 months due to parts delays, but they worked with me on some very specific requests on a customized 2013 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t to re-install some custom items from the old engine to the new one and I couldn't be more happy with the accommodation of this for just a small additional labor fee!

I am very disappointed with the service dept. employee Savannah.....She was rude, condescending.....Had our SUV in for tire pressure warning lights being on....drove back and lights came back on...took back for service and all I had to listen to is excuses why it was not fixed the first time. We have bought 3 cars in last two years and 2 in one night and do not deserve to be treated rude . Guess they are upset as I am in market for new Santa Cruz and cant get a return call from our salesman. Oh well...

Terrible service. Made an early morning appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived they told me it would take an hour. Then they said an extra 30 minutes. After that, and extra 20.. then another 20. They let me get all checked out and stand outside waiting for my car that was supposed to be on its way. After standing there for 20 minutes they finally told me they were wrong and my car wasnt done. I started randomly getting texts telling me my shuttle was arriving, which I didn't ask for. They told me it was nothing and to ignore it. If I would have known my service would take over 2 hours I could have planned to get a ride but they just kept adding to my original time so I always thought I was almost done. I will never go back.

About 30 miles south of Memphis, while traveling on vacation, my engine failed, so I drove it to Gossett dealership. They recognized the problem, said Hyundai will replace it for free, pay for my rental car, and pay for the towing of the car some 400 miles to my home. They had the SUV for about a month in Memphis and fulfilled all the promises they made. I am completely satisfied with the service manager and his team to correct the problem and deliver my SUV without any hassle or problems. This was a tremendously favorable experience, thank you.
