Bought a 2018 Nissan Murano 3/19/19 - paperman
My wife and I went to Mathews Nissan to check out what they had available. We test drove a Rouge(2018), Altima(2019) and a Maxima(2018). They were a little above our budget. The next day, we went to another dealer. While there, I got a call from Stoney Canady. Stoney was the Sales Consultant we had been dealing with. He had a 2018 Nissan Murano with practically the same features the Max had. We test drove it and liked it.
Stoney Canady has to be the most honest Auto Sales person I have ever dealt with in my years. He was up front with us the whole time. Stoney went the extra mile with us and didn't give up on us.
After we bought the car and before we left the lot, Stoney got in the car with us and went over all the features explaining each one with us and told us if we needed to know anything else, to just give him a call.
It worked out well since we have taken our Altima and Ford F150 there for the last 5 years to have service done on the two. We have not had any problems with Mathews Nissan of Clarksville, TN. They have very capable service reps there also.

I applied online for a bad credit website, I first received a Email from Caine that she would be there to help me after I found out what dealership would be contacting me I went to Their website they have NO prices listed. I told her that I was not wanting a Suzuki at all and they had no prices listed I was not wasting time away from work to come in and not even know what price points their cars where at. Yesterday Dwayne emailes me let me just copy and paste his response

As I had sent in my email to Caine, I appreciate the reach out but I am not looking for a Suzuki. I had told her that I am not a fan that you have 0 prices on any of your vehicles online which I am not a fan of dealerships who do that. I like to know prices before I even leave my desk. I do all of my shopping and everything of sorts online, do to the fact I have a crazy and busy work schedule. I don't like walking on a lot not knowing prices before I get there.

First of all its called problem David and he is using a Gmail email adress not a company email! Really how unprofessional of him then today I receive a call from someone and I started to explain same as I have told 2 other people there and he just HUNG UP ON ME!
Talk about un professional! I would not recommend them to anyone! Ill take my business to another dealership before I would even visit them in person.
