I just burned $15K buying a used a used BMW from Mathews that went straight to salvage yard. I am partially to perhaps mostly responsible, since the 3rd party inspection service was ineffective. How do you sell a used car the dealer ship inspected and it goes straight to salvage? I can understand brakes and bad transmission, but a total loss? If you want more stress and higher blood pressure, do business here. There are better places to do business. They made an enemy for life. I would rather ride a moped the rest of my life than set foot in that dealership again. More

Would not negotiate with me when I got the car home, specified strict Tennessee's lemon laws. Run the other way. No way that car should have been sold. I am partially culpable for having a mobile used car inspection service and not a BMW specialist. But I question the ethics or competency of selling a car in that condition. Looking at least $4K to make car drivable. More

Worst experience of my life got a car financed here after i put down a large down payment then found out weeks later the bank came off the loan but the dealership did not notify me I only found out when I re i put down a large down payment then found out weeks later the bank came off the loan but the dealership did not notify me I only found out when I received several notifications from experian and credit karma about changes on my report they guaranteed me that they found another bank and I would not have to worry about so again I recived several notifications from credit karma about changes to my acct and the second bank came off the loan they wanted me to put more money down which I refused because I already gave them a large down payment so they said never mind they would take care of it so I had the car for almost 2 months and the second bank came off the loan but I was stressed about the car so I just took it back in and asked for my deposit back but the finance manager wanted to keep a large portion of my down payment for a car payment (which the car was never financed so why would I have a down payment) they wanted me to pay to have the car detailed (the car was nasty when I purchased it the sales man had to clean it his self) and for miles on the car (I did not rent the vehicle so drove it freely thinking it was going to be financed properly) it’s really had to believe a family owned business would allow this and even harder to understand why a woman would try to get over on another woman like we don’t already have it hard enough im so disappointed with this location More
