They reset the engine light and then told me that my front brakes and rotors needed replacing. They checked everything else out and said it was in good condition. Even washed my car for me! Great service!

Bought a 2013 Silverado there this month. Found it online and got my financing set up at local credit union before I went. Called ahead to verify it was there and they said it was, and they asked when I would be by and I said on my way. So my dad, my 3 year old son and myself pull up to find the truck pulled into the dry In front of the dealership waitin for us. Sales guy came right out and started showing it to us. Took it for a drive and made an offer, and after about 15 min of negotiations we made a deal that I feel like was in my favor. They started paper work, service took the truck to clean and gas. I sat down with finance and wrote a check and closed the deal, then we were on the road. My only compliant if I had to have one was the truck needed an oil change when I bought it, didn't notice til I got home or j would have asked them to do it. It was on 13% oil life when I bought it. But very happy with my truck and the experince and the sales team and management, all treated me and my dad like we were one of the guys. Would buy another car from them in the future. Also received a thank you card from sales man in the mail two days later.

I took my car to Darrell Waltrip Volvo for it's 30000 mile service. I was properly greeted and told my service rep, Josh, would be with me shortly, which he was. After completing the paperwork and me telling him of a problem with my windshield washer fluid, he quickly fixed the problem and indicated my car would be ready in 2 hours. It was discovered I needed an alignment which took a little longer but that was understandable.
Another service rep, Lane, drove me to a nearby restaurant for breakfast and offered to come and pick me up. I declined and said I would walk back, but I appreciated his kindness.
The total experience from start to finish was excellent. I hope both of these guys are there the next time I return. Larry Elliott

I spent over $6000 at this establishment in the last 2 years. They put four new tires on my car last September that wore out in 6 months because the work they did caused a new problem which they should have known about as it is common to Volvos. (I am guilty in that I did not research the issue, but I take my car to the Volvo dealer because I assumed incorrectly that they are Volvo experts). They are wanting to charge me $2000 more for all new tires ($1000) and over $1100 to fix the problem they should have fixed last time to prevent this problem. They are charging me $130 for an oil change and $148 for a diagnostic even though their website advertises free diagnostics. They are completely uncooperative and uncaring. All I asked is that they wave the diagnostic charge because it is supposed to be free and they refuse.
