I bought my car there, only put 5k miles on it in 2 years since I work from home, took my car in, because it was going into limp mode and would only go 10 mps even if floored. They insisted on repairing throttle botty an accelerator pedal, even though a week before I paid a mechanic to do the same thing. But they insisted it was still broken for that same reason because the mechanic used OEM parts. MIND you it’s a ford and he used FORD OEM parts, and I knew they were wrong, but they insisted I was instead. And fixed it anyways. Gave me my car back after 1800.00 for the repair. And within a day I was stranded in the dark and rain. I had to tow it back to them. The car was still in limp mode and would not work properly. They then assured me they knew it was the PCM and wire harness. 2300 dollars later, they said it was good, I picked it up and again broke down in the dark even later with my children. Towed again to ford the next morning, they said there was nothing wrong with their work,. Even though I just paid them to fix the problem twice and the same issue. LIMP MODE and not drivable. They then told me due to the age of the car, and miles id put on it they were going to refuse future service. Really, they didn't know what was wrong and were mad I wanted my money back. I told them then to bring it back since it was towed there and I wasn't going to put myself or kids in it and break down again since they hadn't fixed xxxx. It's been in my driveway since then and I still can't drive it. They were rude, didn't fix anything. It still doing the exact same thing, they obviously don't even know how to repair the car. WORST SERVICE ever, and out over 3k for a car that still goes into limp mode so obviously they didn't fix the issue. I couldn't even get a manager to call me back, only the xxxx service tech Will and some chick claiming to be the customer relations lady, but she was a total idiot and didnt help and made me feel like i was int he wrong for even being mad it wasn't fixed. Also charged me 150 dollars to fix the ac since it was only working on driver side, it also still doesn't work. So, they charged me for a bunch of repairs and none of them are done, the car doesn't work and neither does the AC. Austin Salinas the manager wouldn't even call me back. And they had my car for a total of over 6months you'd thing in all that time they could figure it out. I'll never buy a car from ford again or have them repair another thing. Everyone gets to hear my story on their performance.
