Simply the best customer service, compassion, integrity and professionalism. I will only buy and service my vehicles from them from now on if I can. I have dealt with their sales team, owner, and service teams and every interaction I have had was amazing. Their sales staff, managers and owner provide very fair pricing for trade-ins and do not pressure you at all. We were even prayed for at one point as we discussed some pressing issues going on in our family. Not only are they kind and good people, they TOTALLY take care of their customers. We had an issue with a Ford Maverick truck that required multiple investigations to find a solution for, and despite the b2b warranty expiring during the investigation, they kept at it until they finally found the solution. They could have bailed on me since they weren't making any money on the investigation/repair. They could have just said "sorry bro, we can't figure it out and it's not really a warranty issue anymore", but they didn't. They solved the issue and now it's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned, and they are my favorite dealership of all time! I feel like I was take care of as part of an extended family. My wife and I are taking them some home made bread this week as a thank you, and they will by the first place I go for anything and everything vehicle related from now on. May the Lord's grace and favor be upon them and their families. I appreciate them all so very much.

Service or lack of service - Unhappy

What good is an appointment if you still wait and wait. No parts in stock for normal replacement part. "Life time warranty" that is not honored. And maybe worst of all, nobody will answer the main phone line! In addition, had to pry lug nuts off to fix a flat because they were so over torqued to the point that even with an air driver wrench, they could not be removed! Had to buy new lug nuts. Did they take any responsibility? Repeated messages to Service Manager have yet to be returned

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Hats off to the Service Department. We had an emergency, we had lost valuable documents under the console and we only had a few hours before we needed to use those documents. We know how busy they are and thought they could never have enough time to help us. They made room for us and within minutes they were able to get into the console and recover the lost documents. They really saved our bacon................oops, not that bacon. We have always been able to depend on them for the best service (20 years). A huge thank you to Kevin (service Mgr.) for giving us the help we needed and to Rick (A+ Tech) for his expert knowledge and skill. He was able to pull it off in less than 15 minutes from the time I drove onto the lot. Amazing...... Just goes to show you what happens when you're dealing with the best. If negative stars was an option I would give it. I bought my car there, only put 5k miles on it in 2 years since I work from home, took my car in, because it was going into limp mode and would only go 10 mps even if floored. They insisted on repairing throttle botty an accelerator pedal, even though a week before I paid a mechanic to do the same thing. But they insisted it was still broken for that same reason because the mechanic used OEM parts. MIND you it’s a ford and he used FORD OEM parts, and I knew they were wrong, but they insisted I was instead. And fixed it anyways. Gave me my car back after 1800.00 for the repair. And within a day I was stranded in the dark and rain. I had to tow it back to them. The car was still in limp mode and would not work properly. They then assured me they knew it was the PCM and wire harness. 2300 dollars later, they said it was good, I picked it up and again broke down in the dark even later with my children. Towed again to ford the next morning, they said there was nothing wrong with their work,. Even though I just paid them to fix the problem twice and the same issue. LIMP MODE and not drivable. They then told me due to the age of the car, and miles id put on it they were going to refuse future service. Really, they didn't know what was wrong and were mad I wanted my money back. I told them then to bring it back since it was towed there and I wasn't going to put myself or kids in it and break down again since they hadn't fixed xxxx. It's been in my driveway since then and I still can't drive it. They were rude, didn't fix anything. It still doing the exact same thing, they obviously don't even know how to repair the car. WORST SERVICE ever, and out over 3k for a car that still goes into limp mode so obviously they didn't fix the issue. I couldn't even get a manager to call me back, only the xxxx service tech Will and some chick claiming to be the customer relations lady, but she was a total idiot and didnt help and made me feel like i was int he wrong for even being mad it wasn't fixed. Also charged me 150 dollars to fix the ac since it was only working on driver side, it also still doesn't work. So, they charged me for a bunch of repairs and none of them are done, the car doesn't work and neither does the AC. Austin Salinas the manager wouldn't even call me back. And they had my car for a total of over 6months you'd thing in all that time they could figure it out. I'll never buy a car from ford again or have them repair another thing. Everyone gets to hear my story on their performance.
