Within the last ten days I've had two occasions to use the Quick Lane at Ken Stoepel Ford. The first time I stopped by on 9-11-23 for a state inspection, and my vehicle was taken care of quickly, with friendly and professional coordination of service by Julia Pestana. Then I scheduled an appointment for today, 9-19-23, due to issues with my vehicle's battery. Logan Landen provided professional service, and my vehicle was ready with a new battery in thirty minutes. Both of these individuals were professional, courteous and friendly, treating customers like human beings, not "numbers"--no matter how busy they were.

Tomball Ford deserves 0 stars! - Don’t Use Tomball Ford

Tomball Ford deserves 0 stars! I took my 2017 Expedition in for a manufacturers recall to replace the air blower. The a/c system had no issues they morning I took it for the recall swap. When I left Tomball Ford, not only did the ac now blow hot air, but the rear ac didn’t work at all! They said it “was like that when you came”, and “we did nothing to the ac system”…..Shelby in tue service department is a liar and thief, saying I had to pay $140 for them to tell me what they broke!!! I went over her head and if the problem is not resolved I will file a police report. Never go to Tomball ford-they should be shut down.

I have a 2012 Ford Focus with that transmission. You know the one. Anyway, it failed again and I was having a bumpy time determining who should pay for it. Fortunately, they changed the Service Manager on my case to Chris Wunderlich. Chris reasoned with me - he didn't demand payment, he explained Killeen Ford's position and provided additional information I didn't have previously. He was patient while I worked with Ford Corporate to find a way to get Corporate to pay for the repair. In the end, I found Chris to be a reasonable, patient, okay-persistent, Service Manager. He wasn't insulting, condescending, or pushy. He handled this situation very well. If you are working with Killeen Ford's service department, you would do well to ask for Chris. I'm not related to him, I just think he is a great guy to work with.

All Star Ford has the WORST Service department! They NEVER keep you updated on your automobile. I would call them several times for updates. The Service department stated they would call me back with an update!?! They would NEVER call me back. They have had the car for 5 weeks to fix the transmission. I have spoke with the Service Manger and he passes the buck the General Manger and he never returns a call. PLEASE save yourself time and MONEY and DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! They are HORRIBLE! and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR!

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!

Service Department - Country Lady

My first visit to this dealership. I needed service for the Ford airbag recall on my 2010 Ranger. I spoke with Bill Cass who ordered the correct part for my truck; and called the next day to set my appointment. He did explain it could take up to 2 hours so I could make plans. I met with Luis in the service department. Luis asked if they could take me somewhere for the duration which I appreciated. I spent time there looking at the new vehicles and chatting with other personnel. Everyone was very friendly. I wasn't there to buy anything and still was treated as a valued customer.

took truck for alignment, they busted hydrolics on 4-wheel drive, charged over 800 to fix, they broke it, I had to pay for repair.

Terrible service department. Had my truck for 10 days and they still couldn’t give me a timeline to look at the truck to assess needed repairs. Ended up having the truck towed to another dealership.
