I took my Subaru for a scheduled oil change, I asked for The Works as I had received a notice from Subaru for a recall on a latch. It has been in for SERVICE 8 times (SAME ISSUE "Transmission")
They had it for almost a total of 3 months during these 8 services calls at Bob Tomes Ford and only has 22K miles on it!
So, I met with your Sales Manager who told me that even though I put money down AND got $12K for my trade, that all he could do is, take my truck back for what was owed which is basically the "residual value" which is almost what THEY say the truck is currently worth. (So, my $55K truck is NOW only worth $30K in less than 2 years time) Either way, it doesnt matter, my issue is 8 times, same problem "DOCUMENTED" and they are not willing to do anything else to try and make it RIGHT!

One of the worst places you can due business with. I have a 2019 Ford Escape and had to have my short box replaced and during that process it took more than a week to get a diagnostic. Then took another week and a half to get it replaced. Once we got the car back the car said it was certified by the technician and by the time we got home we noticed the car had no oil in it. The car started over heating and then on top of Ford also wanted to change us for another diagnostic fee and still never was able to get my car in. I ultimately took my car to Truck City Ford in Buda and got my vehicle looked at the same day. On top of that Griffith Ford didn’t even connect my coolant fans back and Truck city Ford saw that as soon as they opened my hood. I’ve never seen a dealership that CERTIFIED IT TO BE GOOD TO GO AND STILL HAVE PARTS DISCONNECTED. I have never in my life experienced such as unprofessional atmosphere and attitude of the Griffith Ford service department. I would have to call to get updated on my car and every time I tried to get in contact with someone they always hung up on me. This Ford is just nothing but issues and I’d advise taking your vehicle someone else. Every time we brought the car in they would say three days most and turned into more than two weeks. Constantly putting the blame on not having technicians or bays or the person that worked on your car was off. Now I understand people take time off with they family but I don’t think someone is going to go off for over a week and not have someone else scheduled to work. I’ve done nothing but wasted my time here and they won’t do anything to help you. Plus when you ask to talk to someone above them they’re either off or send you back to the reception desk. Do not waste your time nor money here because it will do nothing but cause you trouble.

This place is not professional at all, my son has taken the car several times with them and each time they leave a bad job, they painted the car and less than a year and the paint fell off, I took him to see the problem and the manager He said they couldn't do anything, they took a lot of money from the insurance company so they could put a painting on it that didn't work, they just want the insurance money !!!!

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!
