From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.

The service desk focuses on ‘service’ to the customer. They are knowledgeable and their communication skills are beyond reproach. I took my Subaru for a scheduled oil change, I asked for The Works as I had received a notice from Subaru for a recall on a latch. As that required a trip to Midland, wait time at dealership & return - I surely did not was additional services there. Troy & Jeff took care and attention.

I took my f150 for a 10,000 miles service and they were - Gray3660

I took my f150 for a 10,000 miles service and they were supposed to check all fluids and apparently they didn’t. I ended up by windshield washer fluid and fill that up on my own. The mechanic left greasy hand prints on my passenger seat and on steering wheel. I ended up cleaning up after the mechanic. Really don’t think they did all they were supposed to do. It was very upsetting I had to clean all the grease handprints. The grease on the seat was a deal breaker it ruined a pair of my wives pants. Sad to say the mechanic couldn’t be more attentive to clean up after his self.
