I live 90 miles from the dealership and headed in after work at 4 yesterday 4/29/2013 to have my first oil change on my new Mitsubishi Outlander. I arrived a few minutes after 6 and all of the techs had already gone home except sweet Roger M. Bill Daggett found Roger and Roger said sure I will take care of it for you!!! I apologized for not calling and they said no worries we will take care of it for you! They managed to get a filter (since parts was closed) and got all of it taken care of. Then they even went and washed my car since I had stated I am sorry it was dirty I had not had time to rinse it from my trip the night before. This is above and beyond and Brandon Robbin the service manager as well as all of the other other people in this service department need to be recognized for Customer service because this was way more than I ever could have asked for in a dealership and they have won my business and referrals for a life time!!!! Roger even stayed later to explain things on my car that I had questions on! Super nice group of employees!!! you have a great bunch that are an asset to Gillman!!! Thank you for taking good care of me!!! I promise to come on Saturdays! Even though you said I could call and someone would stay late ... Michelle Plunk Granite Shoals TX! :)

The customer service at this dealership is the worse I have EVER experienced in 30 years of buying and having cars serviced at dealerships. The A/C blower went out on my Endeavor. A simple issue, you would think. I brought the resistor that I thought was bad to the parts counter and asked if they could test it to see if it was bad considering I couldn't return a new one once purchased. They refused. They told me I could buy a new resistor and take my chances that it was the bad componant or I could bring the car in and they would test it and see what was wrong. When I spoke to the service manager he told me and I quote "We're not in business to help customers but to make money, bring in the car." When I asked if they were going to fix the known design flaw in the evaporator drain system. His reply was "You're out of warranty, that will cost you $1000 to fix." A known problem that is a design flaw that occurs with every 2004 - 2008 Endeavor and I have to pay for it? If anyone decides to do buiness with this dealership I have some ocean front property in Arizonia that I can let you have... cheap!

I arrived late, my mistake but the service centre did not even try to accomodate me. I have explained that I am from a neighboring city, jut drove 60 miles and was delayed enroute. This was an hour before lunch and all they had to do was to perform an recall inspection to determain if they need to order parts. I jave also explained, when I made the appointment that my vehicle has the symptoms as described in one of te recalls. The specific recall is catagorized as a safelty recall and it is even tracked by Libirty Mutual. My thinking was that they could have ordered the parts for the one recall before the first vidit but apparently that goes beyond any logic. I can understand that ond could wait a while if you are late but the attitude of thr lady that received me was nit what Zi am used to at ang Mitshubishi setvice centre. This wasy first and last visit at this service centre. I left without getting the inspection done as I could not wsit from 10:15 till aftet lunch.

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know. At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride! Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel! I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others. Stay away from this place. I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department. Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.

I appreciate Tanner for being very courteous,polite,and very fast!!! I took my '92 Mazda truck to him this morning because when I made sharp turns, the steering wheel squealed loudly. He told me to start it and turn the wheel all the way to either side., It did the squeal and he said immediately "I'll be right back with my wrench". He got his wrench and within 5 seconds he had my steering belt tightened. All for FREE!!!!! Thank you for your services Tanner!!!

Went in to get car checked for service engine light and trouble starting. Appointment was for 1 pm. Turns out that they only have ONE mechanic who can work on Mitsubishi's and he was M.I.A. until a little after 4 pm. During this wait we tried to call and complain to the manager of the Service Department, whom could also not be reached. Then we went to talk to a "sales" rep about getting a vehicle to drive home until ours got fixed. They said that they would let us borrow one until ours was fixed. The car they brought around was bone dry on gas and ALL 4 tires were low on tire pressure by 10 points or more. We went to tell them that the car was not suitable to drive off in the condition that they gave it to us and the rep did not care or apologize. Then I asked to speak with a manager, Jared Franklin, and explained what was wrong with the car to him. He did not care and got an attitude with us saying "you can take the car or just leave it and be stuck here." I told him to drop the attitude and he jumped at me for a moment as if he was going to try and punch me. Later, they did air up the tires and give us HALF a tank of gas. The entire process was rude and met with no understanding, compassion, and a general sense of disregard for customer service. If you are looking for a car or wanting to get some service done on your Mitsubishi, DO NOT GO TO MANUEL MITSUBISHI. Save your self the headache and cash and go elsewhere.
