Mr Shoftner has repaired my Ford pickup, which has over 300,000 miles, several times, and my experience every time has been outstanding. The one thing that I really appreciated the most was his honesty when assessing the problems with my truck. He did not try and charge me for unneeded repairs, and allways suggested only the repair required to correct the problem. I definitely appreciate him helping me keep my truck on the road with his affordable prices. It is hard to trust people in the car repair business, because I have been burned before by other supposed professionals. I do trust Mr Shoftner though, and he has yet to let me down. I would recommend him to anyone

They stand behind the vehicles they sale. I purchased a used vehicle from them. Of course there is no warranty on a used vehicle but when I had a problem come up three weeks after I purchased it they fixed it at no cist to me. Way to go.

When i say i had amazing customer service, i did!! Ashley in the service department was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we stayed up to date on the progress of my car from the beginning to the end. The day i picked up my car she had it running and warmed up and ready to go. She made the drop off and pick up go so smooth. By far one of the best experiences, we have had in a very long time. If you need anything in the service department Ashely is your girl. I can't thank her enough for being so awesome.
