If it were possible to give this location and Camping World as a whole a negative 1000 I would. They had our Rv for over 14 months for a leaking roof and floor dropping from the slide-out. This started in Spring Texas location and ended at the Katy Texas store. We filed several complaints and even went through corporate office. Needless to say we still have a damaged roof, additional damage to the interior as well as additional water damage to the interior. The general manager Geo stated they will not fix anything further and we are not welcome back to Camping World for any repairs. We have time stamped and dated photos of all the damage that occurred while our RV was in their possession and they are refusing to make right what they did wrong. They even refused to do a moisture test because they knew that there is obvious signs of water inside because the roof is STILL cracked ans walls are peeling.

This place is not professional at all, my son has taken the car several times with them and each time they leave a bad job, they painted the car and less than a year and the paint fell off, I took him to see the problem and the manager He said they couldn't do anything, they took a lot of money from the insurance company so they could put a painting on it that didn't work, they just want the insurance money !!!!

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
