Amanda and all of the staff in the service department are amazing. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership 10 years ago and try to have all needed service performed by this dealership. I recently took my vehicle to a different dealership because the dashboard indicators were showing that a turn signal bulb and a brake light were out. The dealership told me that I needed rewiring for that light problem and quoted several hundred dollars. This didn't make sense to me. So, I contacted Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge in Waco and talked with Amanda. After explaining the situation to her, she encouraged me to bring the vehicle in that day for a "second look". I did. The service department at Allen Samuels identified and changed three bulbs for 1/10th of the cost the other dealership stated.

The service at First Texas Honda continues to improve each time I take my 2019 CRV in. Today's visit for an A1 service at 30,000 miles, was for an oil change and tire rotation. My whole car was inspected; I received a picture of my tires with the tread ratings and a video showing a leaking valve and information that my coolant fluid was due for a replacement. I authorized both services and left with my car totally up to date for services. I was fully informed at all steps, both by text and personal consultation. The service could not have been better.

My car was taken to the MB dealership in Clearlake Tx on Monday and the service adviser Alex went above and beyond to help get me back on the road in a short amount of time. It’s service like this that I would recommend the dealership to anyone for service.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.
