I brought my 2021 GMC Sierra in on a Tuesday (no appointment) with a blown engine and had it back the same week with a new motor. Not only was this service done in a very timely manner, my service consultant (Jasmine Garcia) was very professional and called me multiple times to keep me informed during the process.
