Brian did a great job communicating and getting all estimates from Insurance approved and paid on time. He coordinated a rental car and made all repairs in a timely manner. Alex Medina does it right. Initial process to get my Ford F150 repaired was smooth and Alex kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and he has the right demeanor for the job. After picking up my repaired truck I noticed a slight rattle noise whenever the door closed over the next several weeks. It wasn't until approximately 1.5 months later where I was able to give them a call to inquire about my options to have it looked into since it began after the door was replaced. I was told to swing on by whenever I had time so an estimator could take a look.
I showed up and Alex came out to meet me and I asked him to listen to my concerns. He did and 30 minutes later I was out of there with a fixed door. I was extremely pleased with what I initially thought might be a challenge after that much time had passed. It wasn't.
I'll save my opinion for the customer satisfaction 5 star approach and random survey for another day. Just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Take care of this guy Lute Riley!

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.

I’ve call multiple times some with three different guys and never got confirmation that the truck I wanted to look at was on the lot. I live in Austin so it’s a little bit of a drive just to see if they have what’ve been looking for.

We had the worst experience EVER at Toyota Freeman. My father dropped his BRAND NEW car with only 3,000 miles off - one he has worked really hard for - for a simple oil change. We were told that once the car was ready, we would be notified but days went by and the company failed to notify us of any status on the vehicle. Growing impatient after numerous phone calls, since this car is my father's only method of transportation, we called Freeman only to be notified that due to their mishandling and neglect towards my father's car it was now damaged. Freeman's employee was irresponsible and negligent causing him to crash my father's car into a structure of some sort. The amount of loss is unimaginable. His new car is damaged and requires extensive repair. We contacted the dealership and got a hold of the service manager Tom, who then connected us to their insurance agent who had the audacity to yell at us and was completely rude to us. THEY damaged our car. THEY caused us to suffer emotional distress and yet, here we are being yelled at.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will not own up to their mistakes.

Do not bring your car here..you will regret it! They had my car from July 25th until September 2nd and returned my car and it was still damaged. They neglected to throughly inspect my car to determine all accident related repairs that were needed. I had to take my car to another reputable collision shop to complete the work.
