Doesn't work, Sales Team hide things - mohindersingh

AVIS is not selling the cars, its third company IFS who is dealing with the sale & rent agreement, which is not registered with the funding companies like BOA/DCU and other big brands. Evaluation takes time and sales team didn't provide all the information for the seller companies information ( as per site- AVIS is selling ) but during financing/funding, it is found that IFS is a broker. I would not recommend to go with AVIS Car Sales.

Let's start with NOT GAY FRIENDLY. They are gungho until they realize your a homosexual. The so called credit program ís I guess just a lure in to laugh at you . 2 days I fell for it too first the outlet center, the ipac dodge. Lisa Negrete was the start of this for today's waste of time and 2nd credit enquiry. She texted me throughout the and convinced me to go . I had to ride the bus for an hour and a half to get there being with my car totaled for her not to be there or even to tell me she was leaving. Some kid that needed to clean up named crispy was her replacement. Which laughed that I was declined. They did not ask to run my credit the second time or tonight's visit.. they did get the information from the outlet centers visit from the previous day and chose to run it. I did send my bank statements so I'm sure that is the same as getting my approval from me. Wow. I was told by Lisa Negrete that they can't share information, and id have to come on In Hun , and we'll get you special financing they can't do... Guess that is not only a lie but a way for them to laugh at you. The straight pretty girl tho before me with a repo and a credit score approximately 90 points lower than mine (of her own admission assuring me they were gonna help) drive home tonight in a nice Audi. As she passed I noticed they did not even put her license plate on. SMH bottom line don't waste your time if ur gay or don't have boobs showing for they guys that work there to gravel for.

I went to the Dealer to (Purchase) a 2011 Buick Regal that day. His price was to high so I looked elsewhere and found a better deal $3000.00 less. The dealer then called me and I informed him I found a better deal in San Antonio and I was going with that. He then asked me why I didn't tell him about the better deal. Yet, I sat in his office for an hour or so trying to negotiate a better price. He came back with his price highlighted at the same price. What do you expect from a buyer? He got irrate told me I wasted his time and good luck going to get my new car.

What a pleasant experience. Working with Deb was outstanding. She was very helpful in answering any questions that we had regarding the vehicle. Worked with us to insure that we were completely satisfied. She followed up with us the following day to see if we had any additional questions and was able to provide us with answers to them. We told Deb what we were looking for with regards to our next car purchase and she is going to keep an eye out for it and will contact us if she gets one. Will definitely use them again.

i went today to go look around for a cars and these two men where very nice funny and friendly they gave me information i needed but they also gave me my space when walking around. they pointed me to some cars they thought i would like from what i told them which made me realize they were listenning to what i was looking for instead of try to push me to something they could make better comission off of. this dealership was the second of four i visited today and i will be going back to purchase a car from them.

I had been to 5 or 6 dealerships before coming here. So at this point i was very frustrated. None of the other car dealers had worked so hard as did, Major to get me in a nice car. Other dealerships/salesman were basically like, "this is what we can offer you, take it or leave it". None of them wanted to work with me or as far as financing, whatever the bank/financial institution said... was basically the end of the straw for the sales man. As soon as i pulled into Capitol Kia, Major was waiting for me by my rental & as we walked in he told me we were going to get me a car. And unlike any other salesman, he did just that. When different banks turned me down, that didn't stop Major. He kept going back and back to get me approved with a car i'd like and that was nice. Other dealerships were just wanting to put me in anything with a lot of money down. With Major, it was never a "money" thing and i never once felt pressured into having to take it or leave it. He was concerned and fought so hard for me to get approved with a nice car. Out of everyone i've dealt with over the past 2weeks in regards to purchasing a car, he seemed the most genuine, pleasant and friendly. If it weren't for him, i have no idea what i would have done. If you're looking for a new car, i totally recommend you stop by and meet with him. I love my new car!

I bought a Maserati Granturismo from Mitch it had issues the struts were bad and the control arms . I wanted to return it but apparently that wasn't possible. It's was a car from his friend. He was kind and fixed the struts at Enzo. They couldn't identify the control arm problems and I got that fixed myself somewhere else. The most disturbing part was when I came to the shop where Enzo was fixing the struts the grill and head lights where zip tied so the car was in a wreck i could see the over spray . I was informed of this by another repair shop afterwards also. The Carfax was clean but don't trust carfax because people can pay to repair the car and not file a claim. I would recommend if you buy a car you send it to an independent shop to check it out preferably the dealer. Mitch was cool but its hard to believe that his friend had this car and he knew nothing about the damage to it. I wasn't going to leave a review but I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I made. I'm enjoying the car nonetheless and have learned a very valuable lesson.

In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan. When I went to Charlie a VERY nice salesman came out and showed me 10 different cars that fit into my budget. 3 of which would not even need down payments. Some of them even got over 25mpg. I ended up buying a Pontiac G6 and NEVER had ant problems out of it or had to have any repairs done other than regular maintenance in the entire 5 years I owned the car. These guys rock.

typical used car dealers; i went to purchase a car (with a small, hungry, tired child in tow) and was given the usual 2 hour run-around where the salesperson goes back and forth. In the end, the final "offer" was supposed to include a 100,000 mile warranty. When it came time to sign papers, I was told that Gap insurance was mandatory (when you are upside down on your trade). By then I was just ready to sign the papers and I did so - 3 hours from the time I walked in. Later I noticed they had charged me 1500 for the warranty and I also found out that the 500 Gap insurance was completely unnecessary. When I inquired the next day as to why I was charged for the warranty I was told "you said that a 450 a month payment was ok with you, and since the car was actually under that we added this". Can you believe that??? Typical. This required another trip back to sign MORE papers with the warranty and Gap insurance removed. i feel the dealership was trying to take advantage of my situation (small child, husband away on business) by dragging out the process, wearing me down and then throwing in things they hoped would just slide by.

I am so upset with this dealership. I am 67 years old and looked on the web for a dealership that would finance me. because of my age and just social security in because of how they introduced their website. They make you think they will finance anyone just come on in. I picked out a inexpensive car on their list of cars. I am retired but I get social security and I have a stable residence and also I have a paid off trade in. When they found out my age all of a sudden the car I picked was cash only and David the salesman there said he would call me back in a couple of days if he found any cars I believe he brushed me off politely. I am so disappointed I guess seniors cannot expect to get any credit after they retire. .

I dealt with Karl Stomberg. He was pleasant, responsive to requests and made this a great experience. This was a long-distance transaction with nearly 500 miles between the dealership and my home. He had the car shipped to me in an enclosed trailer and it arrived at my home the next morning in pristine condition, as represented. I would not hesitate to deal with Crave Luxury Auto in the future.
