I utilize this dealer for all of my vehicle needs. My 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE I have serviced at this GMC dealer. My businesses have also purchased $140k with of GMC trucks and have never been more please, satisfied and felt appreciated. I pass the word on my experiences everywhere I go. If I ever change up hot rods for like the cadillac CTSV or the new ZO6 Corvette mid-engine when it comes out, I’ll repurchasing it through this dealer. Clay Lyon, Mike Magerus. Mike Matthews, and Steve Pace are the best!!! Oh Brian and Nathan in service are top notch as well!!!

I purchased my Toyota Highlander new from this dealership 2 years ago and really had problems with the service department fixing some warranty issues. For one warranty repair I had to take it back 3 times before they finally fixed the problem. I was very frustrated with the way I was treated and how I had to wait around for someone to help me and then they seemed to be put out by my being there. There was no shuttle service so I simply had to either wait or get my wife to come pick me up. After one warranty oil change I asked if they could run my car through the car wash and they said they could if I could give them another 20 to 30 minutes. So frustrating--and I bought the car from them!
Well, my car had a recall issue a couple weeks back and I caught myself wishing I could take it someplace else to get the repair done but I called and made an appointment. To my surprise things had changed. No more scantily clad women there to snub me at check-in but rather I got friendly, efficient assistance. They offered me a shuttle to take me home since it would be a 4 hour repair. They also came and picked me up when my car was done and it was done ahead of schedule! There was a quick check-out and when I went to where my car was parked they had even washed it without my asking! So I would move this dealership up from one star to 4. I hope it continues.

BUYER’S BEWARE!!! Tony Divino is the absolute worst dealership there is, I am actually surprised they are still in business!!! Their service department and the customer service, OR LACK THEREOF, is absolutely ridiculous. They have made MULTIPLE errors with our vehicles, but today was the final straw!!! My husband bought their oil change package, so we scheduled an appointment at 7:00am, and dropped the vehicle off the night before and left the keys in the dropbox so they would have them bright and early. We show up at 7:45 to pick up our vehicle, and it had not been touched!!! We go in to see what is going on, and we are immediately asked who are we working with. We aren’t working with anyone, scheduled online and keys are in the drop box, “Oh, has anyone checked the drop box?” And we are treated like we did something wrong. What in the world??? Don’t they have a list of their appointments??? Then when I am mad and I say, “When I have an appointment at 7am, I xxxx well expect it to be in at 7am!” This little man in the Service Dept goes off because I said “xxxx”. YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They could have cared less that they messed up, no apology...NOTHING!!! I will absolutely go to any other Toyota Dealership, never again to Tony Divino!!! Sorry for the rant, I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through this!

They tried to sell me services for our Toyota Camry Hybrid we had completed "AT STEPHEN WADE" in June of 2019. (I keep all the service records). Technician and/or service advisor didn't check their history data...which we have had service there several times in the last couple of years. On the oil change and tire rotation, which was the only thing due, they never filled the window washer fluid. Makes me wonder if they actually did what they were supposed to do in the first place...change the oil and rotate the tires? Service advisor or another person should be doing a little quality control.
