horrible experience!!!! i was lied to twice by the sales team the truck smelled like cigarettes. there detailing of the truck was discussing i asked before i drove 2 hours to go see the truck what the condition of the tires were in. i was tolled they were great! nope, they were almost completely worn. they didn't pass inspection in new Hampshire so they put an inspection. Sticker on the truck and it did not pass im tempted to report them to the state of Vermont i would definitely whould stay away the this place.

I recently purchased a 2023 loaner car from Josh Machado. Josh made it a pleasant experience. There was no pressure. Josh understood what I was looking for in a new car. He showed us several cars and presented additional options to what was in his inventory. As it turned out, My wife and I selected a 2023 Q5 that was a loaner car for sale. It met our criteria and was priced attractively. The transaction went quickly and fluently. There was a problem with a warning light showing on the dashboard the day we went to pick up the car, presenting a delay in our taking possession. The dealership provided an excellent solution to the problem and delivered the car to our home after the issue was resolved.
