This dealership inspects the uninspectable to make a sale. They inspected and sold me a vehicle for $11,500 a little over a year ago, and when I brought it back for inspection this year, I was told the vehicle is "scrap" and they will give me $1000 for it to "get me into a better vehicle." The dealership refused to provide me with the deal jacket (when I initially purchased it they let me drive off of the lot without a plate and without the documents, I unknowingly did this) and they claim they are giving me "more than the vehicle is worth." Seems pretty odd that a vehicle can be driven 20,000 miles and goes from being worth $11,500 to $1,000 in a year, doesn't it? It never should have passed inspection in the first place, which I have had verified. I will be taking this business to court. Stay away folks, save yourself the trouble. Springfield GMC claims they are trying to work with me. That is false, no one has contacted me, other than offering me $1000 for the "scrap". This dealership sold me a vehicle that they knew would be junk in a year. My mistake was trusting them.
3 failed appointments for a simple repair. - Jiseph King
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.

Saw a 2010 Patriot on their lot. Lots of miles, over 100K.Thought it was strange this vehicle was there.Should have been on one of those "Midnight Auto Sales" lots. Looked at the maintenance records and thought I would chance it.
They tried to low ball me on my Jeep trade. Offered a little over three K.After insisting more,they went up to 5K. They sold my Jeep for 10K or around there. It was listed for 10.
I paid too much for the Patriot.I thought it was listed correctly but found out later, not so. The Dealer DOC Feee is a dollar short of $400.00. My first two car payments went to pay that off.
The Patriot is a total junk vehicle. I have driven it just a few thousand miles and it is throwing codes like 4x4 and ABS and skid control,etc, gas cap. Now I am stuck with a junk that I owe 6K on. The 4x4 will not go into position when the codes decide to pop up.
Fooled me once, you will never fool me again.
Had one repair done under 30 day warranty.Code on dash. They determined it was the gas cap.The vehicle came with a attached gas cap line. They replaced it with a non attached gas cap,the kind you get at Walmart for 6 bucks. That alone sent a red flag to me about this situation.
