Great as always - musicouple
This is our 7th car we've purchased from Paquin Ford since late 1980's. We have also purchased two new Toyota's (not from them of course) to add to the mix. In any case, we bought a 2017 Ford Escape two days ago and were very happy with everything. Jack Hungerford was professional, engaging, and genuinely interested in what our needs were. He gave us a nice deal when I compared it to the Kelley Blue Book fair market price. He came in under that. I have known Jack since childhood and he's always been a classy, honest, upstanding guy. It was a pleasure. Additionally, he didn't even mention that we had to see the Manager. We always hate that...I mean really hate it. That causes us discomfort and Jack never even brought it up.

Have been in twice and called several times. They have not returned 2 calls and the one call they did return was a day later than promised. Offered me $2000 below wholesale for my trade and would not budge on sticker price for a used car. Was told they spent $600 on new tires for the car and were already losing that since their sticker price was not making them a dime.. I checked out the tires, my brother and brother in law both work for the company they buy them from. The tires retail for $356 for 4, they paid $284.96 for them.... And how many dealerships realy advertise cars with no profit in the price? Give me a break! I caved a little as we were $2300 different in my offer and theirs and offered to take it if they could give another $1000. They were supposed to call me back yesterday before lunch. I e-mailed them at noon today as they didn't call me back.. Here we are , 3:30pm and still no call... I would not recommend dealing with this place.. I bought a car there in 1998 when Joe Cicotti owned it, no problem, fair and prompt. This was my first visit since Bill Cody bought it and the sales people have gone to hell.
