I bought a pre-owned jeep wagoneer from Mason, I had Excellent service from start to finish for a oil change!George & Kyle Garvey the Owner greeted me with a smile and made check-in quick and easy. Lisa, my Service Advisor, was professional and welcoming. Bill, the technician, did a very detailed multi-point inspection, checking the brakes, tires, and other potential items. I also loved getting my car back freshly washed—thank you to Miguel! Corey Service manager thanked me for my visit. Great team, great service, and a dealership that truly cares about its customers!

Shady tactics to get a sale - angry123

My son went in to test drive a used car that he had seen on line. He was pressured into making a loan application even though he was not interested in buying the car. Needless to say he was turned down due to not having a long credit history. Here is the shady part, they sent applications to over 8 different banking institutions for a loan amount of over $20000. By the way the car he was looking at was listed for 13000.
