5 Stars to the service team at Stephens Jeep in Bennington VT! I have a 2014 Wrangler and love it! Had my first real service related issued this week. Jason got my Jeep right in, did the evaluation, and fixed it same day! Very pleasant staff. Ride back to work from David until service was complete. Also very nice. Never fun to have to get a repair, but Jason and the staff took the stress away! (and I will be looking at those Gladiators when they come out in 2020 Jason!) Thanks for making a service visit "not so bad".

They tried to charge us 1,000 to repair a problem that they created. We took our Audi to them for a recall and their service coordinator Lynn told us a washer was inside the motor and would be 700 minimum to. 1,000 to repair. Our dealer picked up the car hauled it back to Lebanon and 5 minutes later at no charge the washer was removed with a simple magnet. After further investigation the service manager admitted that either the washer fell in or was put inside the engine. This is a dishonest dealership avoid them if you can.. how many others have they done this to and didn’t get caught. Bob Porter

Service and body shop horrible - Rfcoz

Our car was in there shop 3 times for being hit in accidents, everytime it had to go back in the shop because it wasn't done correctly, they never aligned the car after one accident and it ate the front tires off the car, there fix they aligned it and put used tires on it that were not the correct size. They never checked the rims for being bent just repainted them. They buffed the front headlight through the first layer of plastic the insurance company paid to have the light replaced it never was done. The last time it was covered in over spray and the 2 rims were never checked or painted. When contacting them was told the problem was being looked into. My exwife brought the car in for winter tires and an vermont state inspection and the mechanism told her it would fail due to brakes and rotors being rusty. When she came home I was very angry pulled the wheels and showed her the brakes were less than 6 months old and were still like new as for the rotors they looked perfectly fine its vt rotors get rusty. Filed a complaint with the BBB and the service manager lied and was rude. Second time the owner contacted BBB and I excepted her answer talked to her on the phone, we set up a time to bring in the car and insurance papers for the accident. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm it I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Lmao they just wanted a good report back to the BBB. Stay clear of the dealer ship in Springfield Vt.

Service was good but took a while. Very rude guy in the sales area that looked like a manager barked a "any sales people here today" into the room from behind his station, instead of just greeting the customer (me). That mgr couldn't have known I was just looking for service - he would've cost the dealership my purchase if I was upgrading instead of servicing.
