Purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 diesel limited from Northpoint. Agent, Alan Buck, and Manager, Charlie Gallant, worked hard on my behalf! Ram Corporate left a lot to be desired. Poor communication, no communication of any substance is more accurate. Receiving an email saying, nothing to say at this time, as the only communication, is useless. The truck was ordered in June, expected by September or October, then crickets from Ram. If not for Northpoint, we'd know nothing until the truck showed up in February. Service Manager, Cody, has also been a great assist! We have less than 1,000 miles on her yet, but we plan to pull an RV across country next month. We'll really get to know the truck better then. For now, she's gorgeous, purrs, has more electronics than I know how to use, and it's wonderful learning her capabilities. We feel we have a reliable, honest and professional partner in Northpoint CDJP to make the most of our new truck acquisition. More

The entire ordering and purchase/delivery experience was awesome and effortless.. I contacted Alan Buck (in February 2022) about the possibility of ordering a Rubicon Recon Unlimited that would be available awesome and effortless.. I contacted Alan Buck (in February 2022) about the possibility of ordering a Rubicon Recon Unlimited that would be available in May when we arrive in VT from FL. He suggested I go ahead and order it then with a minimal down payment, 10-12 weeks to get it.. They would keep it until we got to VT.. Ordered exactly what I wanted, very easy process. He kept me up to date as it was being built. And he made sure it arrived the week before we did in VT.. We came and picked it up the day after getting to VT. And we love it.. Great service, great people and dealership.. I have purchased here before.. Highly recommended! More

Two years ago Chris helped me get a vehicle so I could have my independence back. I went back to upgrade my vehicle and Brian helped me get into a very nice vehicle.
