Great work!!! Great Service!!! Great People!!! - Mustafa
Great work!!! Great Service!!! Great People!!!
I am honored that I had the opportunity to meet Kevin the owner of this dealership, and learn more about Alexandria Hyundai. Also I met with Gerald the service manager, who is an awesome service manager and great gentleman. They both treated me like family and took care of my car AND SAVED me a lot of money. They really SAVED me a lot of money. And I was very happy with the work that was done on my car; I almost did not recognize it.
I highly recommend Alexandria Hyundai. Go visit them and learn about this local business, It is owned by a local family who cares about their local community and they will treat you like family.
Great car buying experience !! - Keyona JS
I was having a really hard time getting a car with affordable car payments. The first place I tried was Hall Honda and their sales people are AWFUL, HORRIBLE, and RUDE. Seriously never ever go there to get a car. Anyways, my checkered flag salesman CHRIS THOMPSON was amazing. He was very helpful and patient and got me the car I wanted at the rates that was in my budget. I highly recommend him. He is really great and will listen to your concerns. Also the other staff was friendly as well. It was a great car buying experience. Unless my last car I think this car will be around for a while.

Terrific Experience - Dan
We were greeted by Mudaser Jaura. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really made the entire experience terrific.
The General Manager and the finance manager were also great to work with.
We purchased the perfect car and will happily make the 2 hour drive for future purchases.
Fantastic Customer Service! - hillarykate
Mr. Kevin Thompson was an amazing sales associate. He was very thorough and answered all of my many questions. He went above and beyond and made sure he explained everything so that I knew all of the many features my SUV offers and how to use them. He set them for me before I left the dealership. I've always hated car shopping because of pushy salespeople and Kevin does not operate that way!
Working with Shlomo Hayut in Financing was also a breeze. He also did not try to sell my on items I did not need which was very appreciated. I was in and out in a very short period of time much to my surprise!

I was scared to buy a car by myself for the first time. Amir made the experience easy and made me feel comfortable with my decision. He helped work with my budget and even got me into a car that had everything I was looking for. He went above and beyond, best car salesman I’ve ever worked with.

A very enjoyable experience. Was never pressed to buy. Brian was so nice and let me take my time to make a decision. Once I decided to buy the process was extremely smooth and took about an hour. I was thinking I'd be there all day but was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Highly recommend this dealership and Brian McCafferity.

I recommend First Team Hyundai to everyone! They went above and beyond to make us happy. We ran into a couple of roadblocks with financing and time was no issue to them. Everyone was patient and worked with us for as long as it took to get me financed. Now I’m driving my brand new 2017 Veloster!!! Thank you for everything First Team!

Buy somewhere else - Unhappy
I will never purchase a car from Robert Woodall Hyundai again. I was sold a car that needed to be fixed the next day,the window mechanism was broke. it has bad tires, bad brakes, and needs an alignment. How they test drove when car came in and did not realize this I can’t figure. When they take you on a test drive so none of these issues show because they know if you go faster you will notice them, smart. That car should have been fixed before it went on the lot. We had to go back about 5 times in two weeks to get things “fixed”. The window is fixed but we still have cupped tires and car is out of alighnment. We have been lied to by the sales manager. We were told the tires were cupped because it sat so long and that it did not need an alighnment after being told by service manager it did need alighnment and should be fixed. Sales manager did have us bring car back for alighnment howerver I donot think the alignment was done or not done right as the car still pull left. We should have gotten new tires and alighnment and brakes. If this is the caliber of car they car don’t waste your money or time.
A decent dealership would fix the issues to make the car with no issues.
New brakes, new tires, and alighnment top off gas for the MANY trips and miles put on the car and review would be better.
Buyer review - Colorsmyheart
I bought my 2013 only 1 previous owner hyundai sonata in 2017 with only 23,000 miles on it . To me this was the buy of a lifetime , I just absolutely loved the car. Until 60,551 miles later I found myself broke down on the side of the road. Since i kept up with maintaince on it . I figured it was minor , to my surprise I need a whole engine . Seeing that the car is in good shape and that I basically just bought I call the dealership and it's nothing they can do since they said my warranty ended at 60,000 miles . Being that I am a single mother this is heartbreaking and I'm forced to make payments on a car that doesn't work. This is outrageous and they showed no compassion to my situation. I wish there was a way I could solve this.
GOOD SALES, HORRIBLE SERVICE - Jerry
Sales was very good. Jim Burke very knowledgeable and helpful, ...5 stars. The service department is the worst I have every been to (and I am 70 yrs. old so I have been to many). Have taken my car there 4 times and it has been a disaster every time! I have an Azera and a Genesis. I am suppose to get free maintenance on the Genesis but it takes all day to get my free oil change, 3 days to schedule a check engine light (went to Hall Hyundai and they did it in 10 minutes for me). Took my 160,000 mile Azera in for a recall item so I figured I'd get it inspected, and the oil changed. Signed up for one of their on-line specials 2 months before my appointment and then after I leave the car they tell me it was 'a clerical error' and they wouldn't honor it. But they did start the work and wanted me to pay for what they had done, a $89 synthetic oil change and the 64 or something point inspection. They then tell me my car failed inspection due to bad suspension (cracked bushings). So it takes 6 hours for me to get my car after they only did an inspection oil change and the 20 minute relay install. I went into the work area and there is only one other car in there (at noon time) besides mine. They tell me I also need another $600 worth of stuff, like oil leak but they can't show me the oil leaking. I took my car down the road to the service place I take 2 of my cars and they showed me that the "cracked bearings" were just a hard line of dirty grease. They wiped it with cleaner and 'presto', the crack was gone and my car passed inspection. Williamsburg Hyundai service is shady at the least, and how they keep that rude Jon guy is beyond me. I have seen him being rude to other customers also. I suspect the 5 stars they are getting are from family and friends. For me, I am done with Williamsburg Hyundai, I'll skip the so called 'free service' on my Genesis and will happily pay for it and get my inspection, oil change, and tires rotated in one hour. Needless to say, these very poor experiences at Williamsburg Hyundai and with their service manager Jon are a major factor in my search for a new car, to replace my Azera.
Great auto experience - jtjr1
A nice place to do business and all of the people were extra nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped with financial options available to me.
Great experience, friendly, helpful staff - lsmart527
Our daughter had a great buying experience with Yusuf and we went to see what Brown's had on the lot for us!
After many visits, Andy was very helpful and kind in our search for the"perfect" car! I consider myself picky and Andy was awesome and always patient throughout the process. I never felt pressured and I enjoyed coming in joking with the "crew". We finally settled on a vehicle and I am more than HAPPY with my purchase. Steve Burger, Sherman Henderson, Yusuf and all the staff were excellent! Special thanks to Sherman for his follow up and professionalism in ensuring that we were satisfied with our financing options.
We plan to send many referrals and want them to know how much we appreciate the way they do business at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai!

Friendly staff. Not pushy. We were in and out in around an hour. They had the car I asked for waiting me for and they didn’t try it up sale.
This place doesn’t care about their customers. - Carpeoplesuck
I know Fairfax Hyundai doesn’t care about my feedback, but I want to get my word out to help others! So I got my very first car check up for my very first brand new car that I bought with you guys and then I got scammed. Miguel, the service guy who helped me, basically scammed me into getting like $140 7500 mile car service check up which I thought was free along with my lifetime of free oil changes. But he did not bother telling me how much it cost and just took advantage of me. Now one will answer my dad and my phone calls in the service department. Rickie Bush is also terrible. He’s an awful service manager. I don’t get how you guys live a good life like this scamming people and not even wanting to help people. But I guess that’s why people like that go into the car industry.

I cannot say enough about Harrisonburg Hyundai and particularly Lee for the recent process and purchase of our new car. Having worked with Lee Cain previously in the pursuit of a new car for my son, it became necessary to postpone the transaction as my son reconsidered after Lee had worked so diligently to find him a new car for a price he could afford. This time, as my wife and I searched for a car for ourselves, we remembered well the time he spent as well as the knowledge, skill, and professionalism Lee displayed previously even after the sale did not take place. It would have been very easy for him to express displeasure toward us after the efforts we expended. We congratulate Harrisonburg Hyundai for its association with employees and people such as Lee as well as others who so generously extend to their customers quality care, compassion, and consideration.
No loaner car - Hazel8809
I bought my first new car from here about 5 years ago and had been extremely happy with every part of this dealership until the past 3 months. I now have a completely different point of view of this dealership and will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to ANYBODY. My 2013 Sonata has had SEVERAL recalls and the dealerships HAD been very helpful until recently. I have no idea what management changes have happened- but they are horrible.
I have been doing an oil consumption test, which is beyond annoying and very difficult to do when you are a single parent who works long hours. Nonetheless on my THIRD test, my car completely stopped working. It shut down on me when driving. Talk about scary, thankfully my son was not with me. Tht evening I spent THREE hours trying to get my car towed and had to use my own resources.
I had to manage to FIND a ride home yesterday, a way to work this morning & a way to get my son from school and back home today. Talk to about difficult. Just for the service writers to tell me that they MAY have a rental for me on MONDAY afternoon! I completely understand that my claim has to go through warranty, but I should be able to have a loaner vehicle. Isn’t that the point of loaner cars, to help out your customers when a car has a warranty problem? Why am I having to pay out of pocket when they sold me a car with a bad engine? What ever happened to customer service? I have worked at a dealership and I have never ever heard of a company doing what they are currently doing. Just expecting a person to be without a car for over 3 days. It wouldn’t be so difficult if I wasn’t a single parent who has someone depending on me. I just don’t understand.
Only at Pearson Hyundai - csp
Purchasing my new Veloster was not planned, surprisingly while I had an appt for service that morning, Mr Mo Basri approached me asked about my soon to be traded Elantra 08. However, I have enjoyed talking to my sales person and showed me the veloster, I instantly loved it. He is truly a gentlemen of his words and delivered beyond anybody else I have ever met and that alone restored my trust back to purchase a new car and deal with Pearson Hyundai. Mo thank you for being remarkably straight forward.
Sales Manager ignored my request. - jmw1000
Buying my college aged daughter her first car. After alot of research decided on Hyundai because the car has great reviews. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by sales person Joanna. I explained to her we were not interested in financing as I had a check from Navy Federal and my hard budget was $15,000. I asked not to be shown any vehicle we couldn't be out the door at that price, including all taxes and fees. She brought the sales manager over, MATT HIMES. He said he had a couple cars he wanted us to see and I told him the same thing regarding my budget. He said it made no sense to talk about numbers if she doesn't like the car.
We drove the 2 cars, an Accent and an Elantra. My daughter said she'd be happy with either. We returned to the dealership and the sales person went to get the numbers from the manager. She didn't look happy walking back over. She set them down and showed the Accent was $800 over my budget and the Elantra was $1,600 over budget. Needless to say I was beyond angry. They had just wasted 2 hours of our time. As we were leaving, I shouted more than a few choice words in his direction, because he was too much of a coward to come face me himself.
Bottom line, MATT HIMES IS A SLEEZE BAG!
We got my daughters car, the Accent she wanted, but we shouldn't have had to drive 70 miles to another dealership to get it.
