Absolutely amazing dealing with this team of professionals. Steve Johnson, Steve Evans and Paul Trace add a whole new meaning to the term “customer service”. We had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had received excellent service. That is why we returned. But this visit was even more AWESOME! Words alone cannot describe the level of personal attention given to us! Not to mention that these guys stayed until almost 10 o’clock to insure our needs were satisfied! This is one of the better car buying experiences we've ever had - and we've bought quite a number of cars. Andy Romero, our salesman, was great to deal with. We had to drive quite a distance to this dealership so we called ahead with interest in a specific car. The whole process from test drive to driving the car home was fast and hassle-free.
The car was waiting for us and we explained that we weren't going to haggle just wanted their best price. When we got back from the test drive, a one-sheet was waiting with total cost (trade-in value, purchase price, taxes, fees, etc.). We accepted and Andy gave us a good tutorial on the functions and electronics of the car. We would highly recommend Andy and this dealership.

No issues with actual service. Rather, a caveat emptor. Each visit seems to illicit a list of items that need to be fixed in addition to what the specific visit is for and at exorbitant quoted costs. Yesterday, I came to have a recalled item repaired, and the same 'ole routine progressed with the list of other items I should consider (interestingly, I listened as the parts people came out for each customer, as their cars were serviced, with the same routine and quotes of "you'll get ticketed for that!")...the reality is: you can fix most items on your own, and if not, save a huge percentage by not having dealerships complete the tasks. In yesterday's case, the quoted prices for additional items were $70 for an item that I completed for 10.09 and $17 for an item I completed for 5.99; their price was 544% of what I paid and by the way, it took me maybe 5 minutes to complete both tasks. Caveat Emptor - don't be had.

In the past twenty-five years I have bought many cars at Fairfax Hyundai; on March 16th, 2018, I went to Fairfax Hyundai to buy a 2018 Elantra GT, but at the last moment I saw the new Kona in the showroom and I decided to get it. I had never bought a car from a dealership until I decided to give Malloy Hyundai a shot. I had been looking at the Accent the vehicle was within my price range and under my requirements for mileage. I was introduced to Reggie Burris who explained the details of the vehicle and printed off the vehicles CarFax for me to go over. After the test drive, Mr. Burris worked with me to get my paperwork together and displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge that made me feel comfortable in my choice of vehicle.
Once the paperwork with Mr. Burris was completed I sat down with Mr. Scott Bryner. Mr. Bryner helped me beat the financing offer given by USAA and explained the finer details of a car purchase and how it would impact my budget. Mr. Bryner was sympathetic to my vehicle needs considering my last car was EOL. Neither one of these men made me feel uneducated but rather worked with me to gain an understanding and I felt that it was very easy to communicate with them.
I highly recommend giving these guys a chance and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We love Hyundai vehicles! We have purchased an Elantra, Elantra GT, Azera, Genesis, Vera Cruz and a Tucson. As we look to the future to replace my wife's 2013 Elantra we are researching other dealerships because of very poor experiences with the service department at Priority Hyundai. Just a few examples... We had a loose plug following an oil change which resulted in an oil slick in our garage. On another occasion, we ordered tires and learned that they had been put on another customer's car by accident. On yet another occasion, my car was backed into another car by a service technician while it was there for an oil change. Even with an appointment I have waited two hours or more before the car was even touched by a technician. We have had good experiences with the sales staff and we love Hyundais. But, the extremely poor service department has ended our business with Priority.
