Feb 13, 2025, I went to the Service Area to drop off my 2025 SUV because I received a text alert, sharing an issue with the battery. When I arrived, Jorge helped me on the spot. He explained the issue and assured all was resolved. As a result, I did not need to leave my car. This was so awesome customer service, because I did not need to get a rental and come back the next day. Kasey was amazing and helpful, too. He displayed excellent customer service by topping of my fluids. Thank you, both, very much!!
