If your looking to buy a new or used car without the hassle or pressure than look no further than Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai. From the moment I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by my salesman Edwin, I knew I was going to be taken care of like a customer and not be hassled while looking at the vehicles. Edwin introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help me find. He allowed me to look at the different vehicles for awhile before returning to see if I had any questions which he answered on the spot. When I found the vehicle I liked he brought it in out of the rain for me to look at and then we took it out for a test drive. I was sold and when we got back and we did the paperwork. There were a few extra things I needed and Edwin went out of his way to assist me in getting them printed off. He also helped so I could purchase the insurance for my car. While waiting on the financing paperwork to be completed Edwin went over everything in the car with me and then sent it out to be cleaned up, fueled, and the mats put down. Once financing was ready Jim was great and made me feel comfortable throughout and made sure everything was right for me. This whole dealership was very friendly and clean. They didn't just treat me like a customer, they made we feel right at home in their dealership and treated me like I was part of the team or family!

I had purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition and the car buying experience at Hyundai of Kirkland was fabulous. David Kim was informative, courteous and professional. There was absolutely no sales pressure and completely transparent about everything.
Prior to Hyundai of Kirkland, I had approached several dealers but they usually ask you to come in and once you show up to the dealer, you would have spent half a day just to haggle the price. When I had texted David Kim, he had responded promptly with a price which was lower than the lowest bid I had been quoted from other dealers by a couple of thousand dollars. I expected an up sale when I showed up to purchase the car but none of that happened. David Kim had even lowered the price by $50 when signing with absolutely no hidden fees. I still cannot believe it was that easy and at such a low price.
If anyone is looking to purchase a Hyundai, just call David. You will get the best price and you will actually enjoy the car buying experience.

The process from beginning to end was quick, painless, and finance was a breeze! No pushy sales people that try to get you to purchase something you didn't want. I heard employees speaking multiple languages with other customers which is not something I've heard at other dealerships, so that's a bonus for those where English is a second language. I am a fan of the "no Dicker" Buying Experience. Yohan Bong & the Doug's Hyundai team made the buying experience pleasant with no pressure. We were investigating the new KONA. We drove several trim levels, "SEL" and "Ultimate". Before making our decision, wanted to test drive the "Limited" 1.6 turbo, which had yet to be shipped to the dealership. Yohan and the Sales Manger, checked inventory letting us know when the KONA "Limited" should be available to test Drive. We stopped by several times, looking at the different colors, finally settling on Pulse Red Ultimate. We put down a deposit, and within a week the car we ultimately bought was available for test drive. Buying process only took about 1 hours which included the test drive. We are very pleased with all the staff that assisted with the process. Would definitely recommend Doug's Lynnwood Hyundai.

Absolutely do not recommend Vancouver Hyundai. In our two times visiting their location, we found ourselves beyond frustrated with their poor customer service and the lack of transparency in the purchasing process. Trisha was especially useless and unwilling to help us in any way and could not answer basic questions about service when we visited trying to get a replacement for a brand new tire that blew out less than a month after we bought a brand new 2018 Elantra from them. So disappointed and will absolutely not be sending any business their way. We will stick with Dick Hanna moving forward, even if we have to go to Portland. We value service and believe in nice!

Mechanic failed to diagnose a problem with a 2010 Hyundai - uhartm
I brought my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change on 24 Aug 2017, and to diagnose a clunking sound in the front end when going over an uneven road. Eric Olson was the Service Advisor. Stephen Beaman, the mechanic, found that the sway bar end links were the problem. I had him put the car back up on the rack to show me. There was no play in either end link, but I was reaffirmed this was the cause. I declined the repair but was charged $112.00. In the fall of 2017 I noticed that one front strut and one back shock were leaking so I had a local repair shop replace both struts, the end links, and the rear shocks. I inspected the old end links and there was no play in any of the four lubricated joints. But the car was still making the clunking noise so I had the repair shop put it back on the rack so I could inspect all moving parts and connections on the front of the car. Using a flashlight to see the front engine mount, I discovered the 12mm x 5 inch front engine mount bolt was missing. It had been missing for some time, and was the cause of the front end clunking noise. The mechanic should have seen that the bolt was missing when he conducted the "12 point inspection." I purchased a replacement zinc-coated bolt and nylon lock nut from a local merchant and had it installed because the Hyundai parts list didn't state the size of the bolt or the type of OEM nut. Engine mount bolts should be secured with a locking nut or cotter pin. Apparently it was a standard nut and the vibration caused it to loosen and fall off, then the bolt fell out.
