I had an honest, pleasant, professional, and upfront experience, add to it, out of state. Only 2 cars available in PNW, my home dealership didnt work out. Car Pros, came through! All transactions settled via text, email. That said, part of my recommendation is based on the "dealership personality." Dean (dealership) was upfront, clear and resonated a sense of long distance trust. I hadn't met ANYONE. I am thrilled owner of 🚗 ... thank you.

Service department left my vehicle sitting outside for several months then charged me $192 for a new battery. My vehicle was damaged in their possession and tried to blame the tow truck driver. I went and looked at my car after it was dropped off by towing there was no damage. Uncommunicative service representative texted me updates and nothing they said was ever true, them 5 months later I find out they don’t even work there anymore. Weird unprofessional customer service I expect more from a Cadillac dealer.

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

I was driving my Caddy down the road when my temp.gauge started to rise. I pull over and find coolant pouring out under the car. I take it to the closest Caddillac dealership which is this one.<br><br>I'm not too worried because I bought the extended warranty. The car is due for an oil change so I ask them to do that while it's in. So I'm figuring $100 deuctible plus $30 for the oil change. Also my Air Bag indication has been intermittently coming on so I ask them to check that too since I purchased the high-tech option with the extended warranty(I figured the airbag was probably a loose wire to the sensor or something since it was not coming on all the time.)<br><br>They tell me the car is due for 60K mile service, so I tell them to go ahead, (at $750!). Oh well, I want to keep the car in tip-top shape. I get a call back later that day telling me the extended warranty company won't cover the leak repair or the air bag! So it will be $950 for the repair of the seal and $1000 for a new air bag module! So what I thought would be a $130 visit is now up to $2700!<br><br>I called my local indep. mechanic and he said airbag replacement would be $500 including the part! That half of what the dealership wanted to charge me. So I tell this dealership to repair the seal, skip the 60k mile service and skip the airbag. Cancel my extended warranty and refund me the prorated amount.<br><br>Now a month has passed and guess what, the air bag light has never came on since I got the car back! It probably was a loose wire that the mechanic pushed in tight. They tried to screw me out of another $1000 dollars. <br><br>Stay away from their service department! Consider yourself warned.

Service Dept has gone to crap since Ed Ring left. The people that work the front service booths are most arrogant folks I ever met that are in "Customer Service". I'd rather take my car to Meineke than deal with those xxxxxxxx at the front service booths. Buh-Bye Bill Copps.

I thought I had a real problem (long story) and called the service department. Although they were busy, the service dept squeezed me in the next day. They went all over my car trying to find a problem. There was none. It turned out to be my problem not the cars. So to punish me, they washed and vacuumed my car.

We bought a CT5 in 2017. We are extremely happy with the car. We have had any and all service done by Bellevue Cadillac. It has always been very timely and to our satisfaction. The employees have always been professional and courteous. We are very happy. We will continue to go back with confidence and a real feeling that we matter. We will go back for our next new car. This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

I've called this place numerous times over the last month to fix my vehicle that's under warranty. I get an answer from directory and once transferred to service I never get an answer. I've left messages by never get a call back. So frustrating!
