This is our second purchase through West Hills. Although the car we were looking at had been sold the day before, Johnathan helped us overcome our disappointment by having an alternative ready for us to look at. It was still the same make and model but just a different color. It was a very busy day on the lot but we didn't feel rushed and Johnathan did a great job making our deal work within our budget. The Dealership(s) (we spent time in both the Mazda and Hyundai showrooms) were clean and set up so we were socially distanced. Johnathan was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, it was a great experience and we will (and do) recommend West Hills and Johnathan to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now. Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!

I bought this "pre-owned" 2014 Mazda on 11/15/2015, I have the receipt "Vehicle Buyers Order" right here. It had 12551 on the odometer reading right here on my paper work.
Sales person was Joseph B Mudarri on the receipt 050765, dated 11/15/2015.
I have had to bring in my Mazda this many times since then:
12/18/2015 (a MONTH after I bought the car???)
4/12/2018 (paid 123.73)
10/26/2019 (paid $99.44)
My battery had to be replaced in my fob and I still have had sometimes a Security Indicator Light problem driving my car. Yesterday coming home from the store, no, but day before, YES!
Is there something WRONG with this car? Now I have to come in at 9am and let you work on the car AGAIN? I feel like I accidentally bought a BAD used car.
I am bringing ALL my paperwork with me tomorrow at 9am to have my car in service because there is LOTS of information about my Mazda 3 from the beginning when I bought it. You'll SEE what I PAID for when I bought it ($10,000) and you gave the account to BECU, which means Boeing Employees Credit Union. I have been paying payments back to them EVERY MONTH for $318.55 and I think I have 16 more payments until done. I am calling them tomorrow. I want this OVER once you FIX my car ONCE and for all! Why do I have the Mazda SSP letter to extend the warranty coverage for the Mazda Connect Touch Screen Concern and my car qualifies. Then this Reimbursement Plan paper work! And a "General Release" form......

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS! My Mom who is almost 80 went to Foothills Service for her 2013 Mazda3 that she bought there brand new in 2012. Since then she has acquired 15k miles. Yes that's correct 15k miles in almost 8 1/2 years. She had not been out of the house driving since Covid hit in Feb. A week ago she scheduled an apt for service saying she hadn't driven for a while and wanted them to "look the car over". Since new she always took the car to the dealer even when service wasn't do. I know cars that don't get driven much still need service on some things. But this time when I asked her about her service apt I was shocked! Over $850 on a car with 15k miles. I wont list everything done but if it was recommended to her it was done with her consent because she said they wouldn't tell me something needed to be done if it didn't. Well I beg to differ on what was done to her car with 15k miles. A few things they could have done for around 250-300 maybe, but 850??? They performed and did thing that were absolutely NOT needed. But like I said Does it really need it?? Well we recommend it.. If any of you have ever been to a service center, they recommend the moon and back. The difference between one you can Trust and one you can't is where honest Service Tech's come in play and wont take advantage of you if your male, female, elderly etc. The service Tech she had for the previous 8 years was honest and that's who I thought she was dealing with, but she said he's not there anymore. I complained to the Service Manager Scott today when I had knowledge of this unfortunate event. I will update if anything is offered or done to what I feel was someone taking advantage of an Elderly person. Hopefully this is a isolated incident. But if its not...Please be weary. This whole thing sickens me.

I have purchased 2 cars from them now, one used, one new, and have a new F150 I had purchased from another dealer close by. Both the new and used car were given two years of free servise (oil changes), which I can drop off for at a moments notice. Their quality of work is outstanding, and is always ready when they hace said it was going to be, and detailed as well!
I have never dealt with a dealership as easy and pleasant to work with as Fugate, and will be back to them for any other vehicle purchase I make in the future.

I advise you to go somewhere else. These guys will consistently lie to you! I had a mazda 3 through them and less than 24 hours the started to break down. The transmission control module went out. They did fix it. A couple of weeks later the suspension system in the front was toast. The did replace the front struts but refused to try and take of the back. A couple of weeks later the car was having an issue with staying straight on the road. They held my car for 3 weeks and didn't even touch my car. I decided to switch to the loaner car that I was in. They car was great until a few weeks later the transmission started having a shifting issue. Mind you I had purchased an extended warranty and they refused to even try and fix the issue. They didn't not have any paperwork stating what was done with the car. They sales guy Brandon totally ghosted me when I asked about it. They apparently do not want to do any type of warranty work. So if you do get a car through them just be prepared to have a lot of problems!
