While purchasing my Lincoln was a great experience, I've been very frustrated with the service dept in their new facility. There is only one person to check people in for their scheduled appointment. I've already been waiting 30 minutes and still haven't even been checked in. I'm missing work time and have mentioned this issue several times as I've had to bring my vehicle for service. Each time I'm told they are "working on it" but nothing changes. I gave 3 stars because, while the lack of service is frustrating, the people are very nice.
