"I took my Lincoln MKZ here to have a passenger side..."

I took my Lincoln MKZ here to have a passenger side headlight repaired. It dips when the brakes are applied. They said BOTH headlight assemblies need replacing at a cost of over $3300.00!!!!!! Apparently I look like a complete sucker! Now I truly know what it feels like to have one’s intelligence insulted. Never again Korum.

When you brought your vehicle in for service, we let you know that we would need to diagnose the problem before we could repair it. When our service staff called you to ask some clarifying questions, they were hung up on twice. Once diagnosed, we contacted you with a quote for the parts to repair it ($1,300 per headlight assembly). We understand that the cost of parts can sometimes be higher than expected. Because you were upset with the quote, we agreed to cover the cost of the rental car that was provided to you, and the diagnostic services rendered.

"Not a great experience"

I scheduled an appointment to take care of a recall notice. A few hours after I dropped of the 2013 truck I received a phone call from the service department " Your front brake pads are installed incorrectly, two inside pads are on the drivers side and two outside pads on the passenger side. Rotors have hot spots, need to be resurfaced. possible replaced and pads need to be replaced due to uneven wear". I was quoted around $250.00 to repair the brakes. I declined to have the repairs done and returned the truck to the company that originally installed the brakes last fall. Their work order decription is as follows: Check brakes-says dealer told him brake pads were installed wrong. All brake pads and rotors front and rear were found to be installed correctly. I did contact Korum service department and left a message, have not heared back from them.

"Service above and beyond other local shops"

Chris and Jason were my Service Writer and Mechanic. I'd had problems since my truck was worked on by a previous local shop. They rectified my issues. They both worked as a team to solve the issues. I will bring them my future issues. Truly some of the best skilled and knowledgeable people with your interest at heart. A quality not found from many shops anymore. Where money seems to be the only goal. No excuses were experienced, only real results.

"Amazing Customer Service!!"

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Korum over the years, two of them from Freddie. I just recently had an issue with the vehicle that we just purchased and immediately called Freddie. I explained our issue and he was on top of it, it took a couple of days to get it all resolved but during those two days he was communicating with me everyday and keeping me updated. His service is beyond spectacular. He is a genuine, honest caring salesman and we are truly customers of his for life!

I wish to commend your Service Manager, Joe Beaty! Last week I had some schedule demands. I contacted Mr. Beaty to arrange for a 60K servicing for my 2014 Escape. Joe reached out to me promptly. Before he called, he had already researched 'other' issues that may need attention. He discovered that a 'door-lock' recall had been issued. When contacting me to find a date for the 60K service, Joe had already arranged a 'loaner' car. When my service project (60K and recall item) took a little longer than expected, Joe had the service technician call me (also arranging for me to keep the loaner car for extra time) In addition to Joe's proactive communications, he went the extra mile (I never inquired about 'other' possible items). He was efficient and very courteous in his attitude. Korum Ford is blessed to have Joe Beaty as Service Manager! Thank you Paul (a happy customer)

I have been purchasing from Korum for years. I always return to have my cars serviced and have always been treated extremely well. My experience yesterday was exceptional. Chris Palmer was more than pleasant. I came in for two things and left having received way more. I was offered the shuttle rather than sitting in the waiting room. I had the opportunity to meet and ride with Grace Jeffries. She is an exceptional employee and made our ride most pleasant. I was glad to have met her. My experience with the lady when I checked out was very pleasant also. Sorry, I did not get her name. So, returningin the future is guaranteed. Thanks for all the years of service. Oh yes, my parents bought cars from Korum and we started with Bob Huber so you know how long it has been.
