I wish to commend your Service Manager, Joe Beaty!
Last week I had some schedule demands. I contacted Mr. Beaty to arrange for a 60K servicing for my 2014 Escape.
Joe reached out to me promptly. Before he called, he had already researched 'other' issues that may need attention.
He discovered that a 'door-lock' recall had been issued.
When contacting me to find a date for the 60K service, Joe had already arranged a 'loaner' car.
When my service project (60K and recall item) took a little longer than expected, Joe had the service technician call me (also arranging for me to keep the loaner car for extra time)
In addition to Joe's proactive communications, he went the extra mile (I never inquired about 'other' possible items).
He was efficient and very courteous in his attitude.
