This morning we went to Kia with the intentions of visiting the Service Department with a “rattling issue” we had with our 2016 Sorento. They serviced our car only to find out that our engine was shot! In total disbelief we went and talked with Rich Purdy (our original salesman 3 years ago)... as we were venting to him he told us it will be ok. We tossed around options and spending 7,000 on a new engine did not seem feasible, he talked to us extensively and we went and looked at 2019 Sorento’s. I cannot say enough about his care and concern for our situation! We found one, of course! As we were signing the paperwork Tyler (sales manager) came over to tell us that our car was still under warranty and if we did not want to purchase new... that we were not obligated to the contract! That blew us away... I cannot say enough (again) about the integrity of this dealership. We chose to drive away with a brand new 2019 Sorento. Thank you to everyone that helped us today in our time of freak out panic!!
